We asked on short notice for her to work out a drop-in schedule for our 2 cats while we would be away for 8 days and she promptly set up a meet & greet and fit us into her schedule for the time we requested. She provided detailed updates after visits, shared fantastic pictures everyday, and brought extra toys for our cats (which she left for them!). What we appreciated most is she also takes initiative unasked - she brought lick mats for the kitties after I mentioned offhand that sometimes they vomit after eating too fast; took out our trash because "no one likes coming home to a full trash can;" and tied up the litter bag and disposed of it when it got full.
