About: I have cared for many pets of friends and family members over the years. Sadly, I had to put my own dog down this fall (13yo Boxer named Neeco) and am looking to get my pup fix through volunteering at the SPCA and pet-sitting/walking, as I am not quite ready to take on another dog just yet. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages, but I especially love senior doggos. I currently work part-time as an RN and make my own schedule, so am very flexible in that regard. Available for boarding most weekends Friday-Monday. My yard is unfenced but on a very private road with low traffic. Lots of trails and streams to explore if that is something your fur baby would enjoy! If not, we have a large deck and screened in porch for outdoor lounging, and big comfy couch by the fireplace for them to relax.

About: Just the 2 of us. Our sweet boy crossed over the rainbow bridge, and while we’re not quite ready to get another dog, we love making new paw friends! Our dog, Stanley, needs to be let out every 4-5 hours, so between the two of us, we make sure that happens. We also take a trip to an on-site dog park every morning and night! I only go when there are no other dogs for safety purposes. I’d love to host your dog if he/she gets along with other dogs- I have a 9 lb chihuahua/yorkie mix who has got some quirks. He is very intimidated by bigger dogs and uses his voice to make up for his size, which usually provokes dogs (even the un-provokable), so I can only accept smaller dogs and in order to keep everyone safe, I like to do meet and greets prior to booking. If your dog is not great with other dogs and/or is larger than 30 lbs, I’d be happy to do frequent drop in visits throughout the day.

About: Its incredibly easy for me to pick up on a pet's personality. Whether they're out and about, or too lazy to go out, I champion myself for being able to understand a pet's emotions. Pet care has turned from something I do as a favor for friends and family into a passion I want to practice as frequently as possible. I am an incredibly timely individual. I love sticking to checklists, as they help me remember the tasks assigned, and ensure that I have performed the requested duties to the owners, and the pets.
About: I have taken care of animals since I was in elementary school! I have petsitting experience with dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, hamsters, tortoises, lizards, crabs, rats, birds, guinea pigs, and even chickens and turkeys! I am currently in harrisonburg completing grad school! My schedule is pretty free at the moment as I have night classes and they’re all online. My best friend is a 12 year old beagle basset hound mix! I feed and walk her, but my favorite thing to do is spend time with her. Always down for fetch or a good pet session! Your animals will not feel attention-starved when I am there. My camera roll has thousands of pictures of my dog, so you can trust I will FOR SURE send pictures of your pets.

About: I have had many pets, having taken care of dogs, rabbits, turtles, and fish. Detail oriented and attentive to understand how our pets are feeling. Collegiate soccer player with plenty of energy to play with our active friends and love cuddling with the more mellow ones. I’m currently on summer break from college at EMU. Looking to volunteer here and there for med school with plenty of time to take care of lovely pets. I will be very respectful of the pets and their space with a good understanding of dog behavior. About: I have cared for many pets of friends and family members over the years. Sadly, I had to put my own dog down this fall (13yo Boxer named Neeco) and am looking to get my pup fix through volunteering at the SPCA and pet-sitting/walking, as I am not quite ready to take on another dog just yet. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages, but I especially love senior doggos. I currently work part-time as an RN and make my own schedule, so am very flexible in that regard. Available for boarding most weekends Friday-Monday. My yard is unfenced but on a very private road with low traffic. Lots of trails and streams to explore if that is something your fur baby would enjoy! If not, we have a large deck and screened in porch for outdoor lounging, and big comfy couch by the fireplace for them to relax.

About: I am a medical professional for 20 years, with summers off (yes, I feel blessed ;) which provides flexibility from May to August. About: I kind of fell into the dog sitting fun. My mom used to “sit” with every kind of being from baby to dog before it became a popular hustle. Growing up I’ve always helped and learned from her how to care for other’s family members as one’s own. In my spare time, I love to hike and I walk everyday. I'd love to have your companion as a sidekick on these adventures. Or even just enjoy a leisurely walk. Coming into one’s home is an act of trust and a privilege. This is not lost on me. About: I have taken care of pets for many years now for relatives, neighbors, and friends. It is something I enjoy to do when my schedule is open enough to do so! I am providing stop in, walking, day to day, and overnight care for pets. This includes regular activities like walking, playing, potty, feeding, car rides, cuddles, all included in the set price.
