We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. I am a student at Virginia Tech, so I have availability here and there throughout the day! I am also available most evenings/nights for longer periods of time. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s, I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort above all else. At my home, pets enjoy a fully fenced-in backyard for safe outdoor play, a walkable neighborhood for daily walks and fresh air, and a spacious deck that’s perfect for lounging and sunbathing. Inside, animals are treated like family in a clean, pet-friendly space with constant attention and care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always respect their routines and space, ensuring their pets feel secure, loved, and well cared for in their own environment.
