About: I have one small 3 legged rescue and just adopted another rescue September 2025 who is recovering from being hit by a car. Both are chihuahua s Prior to moving to Virginia I fostered both cats and dogs. I was known as a foster failure since I adopted many of my fosters and at one time I had 8 dogs. I love all animal but have a special place in my heart for dogs. I am retired and have lots of time on my hands and would love to spend some time with your dog when you are not able to. I've been caring for pets since I was a child and have welcomed several breeds and varieties in my home over the years from cats, dogs, birds, bunnies, snakes, turtles, even horses and pigs! I have a cat and a bunny who are friendly and love meeting new pets! My cat Oliver is a loving and cool "big bro" and my bunny Lucy will keep everyone happy and energetic! I have my weekends off but I have time during the week to care for your pets in between meetings and in the evenings. I am willing to stay at your residence to care for your pets if accommodations are available. About: I have a 14 yr old Chihuahua and occasionally a 3 yr old rotwieler. I am familiar with diets and special care that any dog or pet may need. I spend a lot of time outside on hikes or just taking walks. I will provide you fur baby with plenty of games and stimulation. I have experience with reptiles, birds (including backyard chickens), felines, and doggos! I refuse to turn anyone away if I am available! Between my husband and I, we are very experienced with administering medication, special needs, anxiety, and more!
