About: I have one small 3 legged rescue and just adopted another rescue September 2025 who is recovering from being hit by a car. Both are chihuahua s Prior to moving to Virginia I fostered both cats and dogs. I was known as a foster failure since I adopted many of my fosters and at one time I had 8 dogs. I love all animal but have a special place in my heart for dogs. I am retired and have lots of time on my hands and would love to spend some time with your dog when you are not able to. About: Hi! I've been operating on Rover for about 5 years now! I've had dogs for as long as I can remember and love being around them. I have experience with all sizes of dogs from Papillons to German Shepards. I am accepting of all breeds, sizes and ages. I've had several dogs with allergies and other health issues, so I am experienced in giving medications, applying any topicals, and noticing any developing symptoms. I also have lots of experience with cats and even have one of my own with medical issues, so I would love to do drop ins for your feline friends! I am currently a student at Eastern Virginia Medical School and am in my last year so my schedule can be somewhat variable. However for the next few months I will be available for mid-day walks/cat visits! I have a 7 year old Pit Bull Terrier that absolutely loves all other animals and can adjust his play style according to other dogs sizes. I also have a small fenced in outdoor patio where your dogs can relax outside with some sun in between walks. I live alone so there won't be too much stimulation from others, and there's plenty of space for your pup to take some time to their selves if needed.

“Kim is FANTASTIC! My boys had an absolutely amazing time. We rarely leave them. Before we would just have someone come to let them in and out, plus make sure they had food and water. The last time our wolfhound got too depressed being without people. This time we knew we wanted them to be with someone. Kim was amazing! She gave us TONS of updates and was so patient and understanding with our youngest pup “adjusting “ to a new environment. They boys had a great time! We are excited to have found a safe, loving environment to leave our fur babies with while we are gone!”

About: I have taken care of dogs for over 10 years. Overseas during covid that was my main job and I had over 25 clients. I can help with medications given, dog walks, dog check in or do in home boarding. I do live a short walk from a park, so can also do playtime and walks at the park as well! I am available for drop ins visits, long or short walks or boarding in my home. If you are Active Duty, going TDY, etc. Or just a fur parent with no help, please let me know ahead of time so I can help you the best I can! I have a fenced in back yard with a lot of space. I have 3 senior dogs that love other dogs, but I also have plenty of space to keep dogs separated if needed. I also live walking distance from my local park. Smoke free home.
