“As a healthcare worker it is so hard to find doggy daycare for 12+ hour shifts so my poor pup would be alone for most of the day till a neighbor or friend came to help. Then a co worker recommended Rachael! It only took two days of daycare for my puppy to sprint out of my car into her arms. He is so in love with her and from the videos I see I can see why. He has so much fun and gets so much love from her! It has been such a relief knowing I can work my long shifts and not worry about him being alone or needing to go potty, and most of all he’s with someone I can trust! I love picking him up all tuckered out after my long shifts and being able to all go straight to bed without needing to get extra zoomies out!! About: I have been taking care of my family and friends' dogs for over 30 years now and have decided to do this to help out family, friends and to meet new friends as well. I absolutely love animals, but dogs are the best! There is something about them that gives me peace, comfort and joy! I am available whenever you need, except when I travel. My apartment will only accommodate small and medium dogs. Preferably hypoallergenic. I would prefer meeting the dog prior to boarding. I have experience administering meds if needed. I do work during the day from home, so I will be home all day with my pups!! Special skills would be lots of loving and cuddling! :) I will love and care for your dog as if they were my own! I work from home, so unless I need to run out or have an event, they will not be left alone for no more than 4 to 6 hours depending on the event. Generally speaking, I do not have that many events. 😊 I do have carpet and the majority of my dogs are crate trained for when I need to leave the house. Since I'm home, I will only need to crate if I can't take them with me. I do not want to risk any damages so this is non-negotiable. Crate-trained only.

About: I absolutely love taking care of pets, especially dogs! I have a lot of energy to keep all dogs entertained. I have dog sitted before and absolutely enjoyed it. Seeing the dogs get excited when you show them the leash or even just show up is the best feeling ever! I try to get to know each dog as best as I can. If a dogs is super hyper and likes to go on runs, then I will do it. If a dog likes to walk at a slower pace, then we will walk at that pace. Each dog is special in their own way. I can also help clean any part of the house while watching over the dogs, if any help is needed. I am currently working during the week ( Monday- Friday) but I am free on anytime during the weekends. None of these things will prevent me from caring for your pet, I just want to know so I can help mitigate any negative experiences. I also want to know of any special care your pet requires (medication, being carried down stairs, food allergies, etc.) So that I can keep your pet as happy and healthy as possible. Lastly, we'll go over your expectations and instructions for care to ensure that you're comfortable and know that I am caring for your pet in the standard that they are used to. I work from home and on my own schedule so I am very flexible in availability. If you need more visits or a time that isn't listed, reach out and I will try to accommodate. I will respect all of your wishes in regards to your pet's care. Whatever rules, steps or guidelines you provide is exactly how it will be done.
About: I've grown up surrounded by animals of all kinds—from dogs and cats to birds, reptiles, and small mammals—so caring for pets has always been second nature to me. I currently have three dogs of my own, and I understand firsthand just how much love, attention, and routine they need to feel happy and safe. Alongside providing childcare, I regularly care for pets as part of my daily routine, including walking dogs, feeding, and making sure each pet feels secure and loved while their owners are away.
