About: I have had a love for animals my whole life! Throughout my summers in high school I volunteered at GMHS as a way to give my time back to the community. I now have a 3 year old Jack Russell/Beagle mix named Nova, and we do everything together. I also have 2 cats Jake & Bailey, and a Leopard Gecko named Leia. I do work full time M-F, however I dedicate my weekends to spending time taking Nova on longer walks and having extended play time, and she loves having guest! I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I usually take Nova out to parks often, and out for play time in our back yard. She is very welcoming to guest and loves having someone to play with. “Daycare 7/20-22/2024: Christene’s online description did not mention that doggy day care would be AWESOME! Barkley eagerly exited our car to enter into Christene’s home to begin daycare. Every day Barkley returned happy and exhausted. After his last evening walk, Barkley immediately found his spot for the duration of the night and slept soundly until the next morning. He was one content Dood. It probably helped that Christene also had a Dood, Buster Moon. It must have been a daily Dood party! Highly recommend Christene, nice, friendly family, secure environment, pet owner. Would definitely rebook with Christene, again.”
About: I was raised with inside and outside dogs, I have years of experience with all ages of dogs, from newborns to my current rescue senior dog. I have a big backyard for plenty of walking and playing, a quiet neighborhood setting as well for lengthier walks. My senior dog is extremely calm and loves all dogs of all sizes. My young pup is well socialized and energetic to play with your pup for hours. My home will come with approved treats, I currently keep milkbones and dentasticks on hand, I am a rawhide free home due to its choking hazards. I have a work from home job, I am home all day 4 days of the week at minimum. Even on my “off days” I am generally gone no longer than about 4 hours. I have a long rope leash for play, a backyard that isn’t fenced but is more so “closed off” to neighbors. I have sturdy baby gates to section off my home to give dogs space for “alone” time away from my dogs if they need it.

About: My family and friends call me the dog whisperer because I instantly form a special bond with every pup that I meet and care for! My current work schedule allows me the flexibility to be available for walks and potty breaks Monday through Friday 10AM- 2PM. The weekends are based on need. About: "Whoever said diamonds are a girl's best friend...never owned a dog" I live in a townhouse in Williamsburg with husband, our 1 year old daughter and our puppy, Korben. Dog sitting is a full family experience in our home, both our daughter and puppy love it when we have house guests. In fact our daughter’s first word was “doggie”, so it’s very important that dogs that come into our home do well with children as much as they do well with other dogs. While we don’t have a fenced in yard we make up for it with a walking path in the neighborhood and many other walking trails close by, we generally go on two walks a day, weather permitting. I've been sitting for my friends and family for as long as I can remember. So if your looking for a place where your dog will be well cared for and have a lot of fun in the process, look no further. Please don't hesitate to e-mail me with further questions, I want you to feel comfortable when you leave your dog with me while you are out of town. I work mostly from home so your pup will have the hands on attention they deserve! We offer ample love and attention through walks and belly rubs. There are occasions I will need to leave the house for work, but I’m usually not gone more than an hour or so. In those instances we’ll recreate what you do with your pup when leave your home. I really try to mimic your routine at home as best as possible. I am currently a full time vet assistant working at the local humane society, with 5 years of experience working at a vet clinic as an assistant. I am able to identify lameness/illness in dogs and cats and am able to administer all meds including subcutaneous fluids and insulin. I’m currently working full time at the animal shelter. My work day usually starts at 8am and ends around 3 - 4pm. It is very easy for me to “sneak” away from work and go on a quick break to let your fur babies out during any down time I have at work! As we are a humane society, everyone understands the importance of pets getting their potty breaks during the work day! I will make sure your pets have plenty of water and food to keep them happy. The first thing I do when I get to the home is let the animals out to stretch their legs and go potty. If needed, I am willing to walk the dog(s) on a leash outside to use the bathroom. Along with that, I will check the house for any accidents and gladly clean them up. As I have stated before, I am quick to realize if something is off with your fur babies, such as illness or lameness. I am a frequent flyer at the local veterinary clinics and emergency clinics nearby (thanks to working at the humane society lol), so that may help ease your mind a bit while you are away!
About: I have grown up with animals. Dogs and cats are at the top of the list. I've been around domesticated animals all of my life. My first kittens at my young age was two siames kittens Who had 2 litters of kittens as well as having to toy poodle dogs, that had two litters of puppies twice.
