Bella has severe anxiety (just like her mama) and takes medication three times a day, so leaving her is never easy for me. They accepted my request quickly, and within a few hours I was able to bring Bella and Milo to their home. From the moment we arrived, Penny was warm, kind, and incredibly welcoming. When I picked them up, they greeted me with all the kisses I could possibly dream of. Milo even turned back as if he wanted to say goodbye to Penny, which told me everything I needed to know. They were content on the ride home — either completely relaxed or happily worn out from their wonderful adventure! Because of Bella’s anxiety, I have often avoided traveling or visiting family. We’ve tried multiple medications and behavioral treatments over the years. Finding Penny and Evan feels like such a blessing. They reassured me that my babies were happy and that they look forward to seeing them again — and I truly believe it. During the “meet and greet” Penny had us come in and take him straight to the fenced back yard where he could sniff around and go to the bathroom. I try to keep the routine as close to yours as possible. Not something a kennel can provide. I am self employed and work from a laptop, so my schedule is extremely flexible to accommodate your needs. About: I’ve taken care of animals of all sizes from baby kittens to Great Danes! I love inviting animals into my life like my own, and many owners have seen that throughout the years! I’d love to take care of your fur babies (or furless)! I’m looking forward to handing out some extra help to the pet owners in this community. I always make time to lend a helping hand anywhere I go! I’ve been fitting pet care into my routine throughout the last 7 years and I don’t plan on stopping! I’m currently not able to board, but I love sitting! I’ve been trusted for many years in my home town to care for pets. Not only immensely by owners, but respecting pet’s boundaries as some can be a little more protective of their homes! I always watch/play with pets in backyards and remain alert even if transports to dog parks are approved to get your pets out and about!

I could tell from the pictures and Rocky's interaction with Maribel and her family that he was well cared for and had a great time, too. “I cannot say enough wonderful things about Penny and Evan. I had a last-minute, same-day request for someone to watch my two dogs, Bella and Milo. Bella has severe anxiety (just like her mama) and takes medication three times a day, so leaving her is never easy for me. When I came across Penny and Evan’s profile and saw their picture, I immediately felt at peace. I just knew these were the people I wanted caring for my babies. They accepted my request quickly, and within a few hours I was able to bring Bella and Milo to their home. From the moment we arrived, Penny was warm, kind, and incredibly welcoming. She immediately took us to the backyard so the dogs could sniff and explore. She thoughtfully explained their setup, including a separate area in case bigger dogs were present, which gave me even more confidence in their safety and comfort. Inside, she allowed Bella and Milo to explore freely and get comfortable. She carefully gathered all of my information, emergency contacts, medication instructions, and even provided her personal number. She made sure she had mine as well. That level of thoroughness meant so much to me. When I left, I truly had zero worries. That says everything. Even though I was only gone one night, I received multiple updates, pictures, and even a video. I could see my dogs were relaxed and felt safe — which is especially important for my anxious Bella girl. Seeing her calm brought me more relief than I can explain. When I picked them up, they greeted me with all the kisses I could possibly dream of. Milo even turned back as if he wanted to say goodbye to Penny, which told me everything I needed to know. They were content on the ride home — either completely relaxed or happily worn out from their wonderful adventure! Because of Bella’s anxiety, I have often avoided traveling or visiting family. We’ve tried multiple medications and behavioral treatments over the years. Finding Penny and Evan feels like such a blessing. They reassured me that my babies were happy and that they look forward to seeing them again — and I truly believe it. If you are looking for someone who will treat your pets like their own, communicate clearly, and give you complete peace of mind, look no further. Penny and Evan are absolute gems. We will absolutely be back.”
