About: In addition to my Vet Tech training and work in vet clinics, I've been the proud "Mom" to many feline companions over the years. Until about 2 years ago, we had 5 adopted cats that grew up together until the last one passed at 21 years old in 2024! We have since adopted 2 senior cats who have brought a whole new dynamic into our lives. (Friends tell me they want to return in the next life as one of my cats because of the high priority and extraordinary love I give to each and every one.) I just graduated college and am currently between jobs, so I am at home working on my fixer-upper apartment all day. My schedule is entirely flexible! I will be available almost all waking hours of the day. I can stop in on your schedule to provide care and walks, or just stay over to give the pets round the clock care. About: I have worked in a small animal hospital for 15 years. Did equine vet tech For 5 years before returning to small animal with limited exotic animal medicine. I have experience with cats dogs horses And most rodents and personally own a snake. Limited experience with birds and reptiles. I went to school at SUNY Delhi for vet tech and SUNY cobleskill for horse training. My own dog is hand raised so I am familiar with dog care at all life stages. My cat is adopted and thinks she is a dog! And one of my horses is geriatric so I understand all of her special needs. Total per count is 2 dogs a cat 2 horses and a snake. I can give medications, do first aid treatment, and assist with basic medical procedures. No such thing as too needy of an animal! I like fur babies more than I like people most days :) Insured through PCI for cats dogs and pocket pets! I work as a vet tech at an animal hospital so am primarily available for walk after 6 pm during most week days, and am available all day on weekends! I have a fenced in yard but my neighbors dogs do get loose and cause occasional issues so I don’t risk Saftey and don’t offer in home service just in case.I will happily bring your dog on adventures with my dogs if you like! About: Hi there! My name is Ashtyn! My whole life has been filled with animals! Growing up, I had a Yellow Lab, Dawson, and Maine Coon, Zeke. Sadly, they went to doggy and kitty heaven when I was around 10🥺 In November of 2023, I lost my sweet Treeing-Walker Coonhound named, Maverick. He was as feisty as they come! Now, my husband & I spend our time loving on his pup, Bella, a Pitbull/Alaskan Malamute mix, & our 1-year-old Dachshund, Rex. Although I got connected on Rover in 2023, I have taken care of all different dog breeds from small to large over the past 6 years. Many of them have been in this area, while some were down in West Palm Beach, Florida when I lived there! I have consistent clients all around!! I would love for you & your pup to be one ◡̈ I just graduated with my degree in Communications & Journalism, which led to my new dog-sitting company! I also sit through Rover!! After going to boot camp I realized how much animals actually give you peace of mind on a daily basis and I have taken care of neighbors animals and family ever since. I have plenty of space for animals of all sizes and a fenced in yard for dogs who need to run. I love to go on walks as I am very active and have to keep my 2 mile up always. I am also very patient for kitties who just want to lay around and sleep. If given the opportunity I would love to spend my time with the animals you love. I am in the national guard so I work 1 weekend a month and the rest is free! I am currently trying to make animal sitting an everyday thing so I can work out any times needed. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space inside as well. I have a doggy door for smaller dogs but I can let the bigger ones out just as easily. About: Hello! I am a licensed veterinary tech. I have extensive knowledge and background with all species and age ranges of animals. I am willing to walks, drop ins or board animals at my house! I currently only work overnights on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This leaves me very open during the day, especially during the week days! I am still available weekends, though. I have a fenced in yard, I keep animals and children separated for everyone safety and I also introduce other animals slowly. Animals eats apart and have their own toys.
