About: Hi, I'm Kate! I grew up with cats and have had at least one cat in my household at all times for my entire life. I have extensive experience with diabetic cats, including administering insulin injections, and have cared for elderly cats necessitating multiple visits per day. In my experience, cats can identify cat people, and I have been able to quickly and consistently gain the trust of even very standoffish cats. As a cat parent myself, I know leaving your fur babies can be worrying, so my goal is to alleviate that. About: I grew up with 3 cats in the house at nearly all times of my life and now have my own rascally kitten of my own. Ive had two cats stay in home with me and I’ve done drop in visits for 5-10 cats in my life. I am patient and understanding of cat body language and in addition to meeting them where they like to be met, can make sure they are cared for while you are away. I’ve fostered very young kittens ranging from 5-8 weeks of age as well as much older cats nearing 20 years of age.

About: I have 2 dogs: Mina (8 year old Wheaten Terrier) and Halle (6 year old Boxer). I've had them both as puppies so I know what it's like to take care of dogs during those rough first few months. Halle also developed some anxiety so I have experience in dealing with leash reactive dogs and training them. I love all dogs and have taken care of friends' pets occasionally. I'm currently working on a hybrid schedule, so some days I work remote and am pretty flexible. On remote days, I'm able to work anywhere with wifi and can take care of dogs at the same time. My hours are also flexible so I am able to help almost any time and can take frequent breaks to walk or play with the dogs. I would ask lots of questions to make sure I know everything about when I can crate dogs, or if they can go to parks or dog parks.

“We had a great experience with Tatiana and would absolutely book with her again! She was incredibly easy to coordinate with from start to finish, which made travel planning so much less stressful. Our dog Shep seemed to really enjoy his stay and made new friends! We also especially appreciated Tatiana’s care and communication around a hot spot flare-up Shep was dealing with right before his stay. Tatiana kept us updated on how he was doing, including how he was handling his medication and whether she noticed any licking or itching, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Her location is also super convenient to the airport (IAD), which was a huge plus for travel happening by plane. “I had my usual sitter cancel on me last minute and had to emergency book someone. I am usually very very nervous to leave my fur baby with anyone but Sudharani made things very comfortable for me. Not only did she schedule a meet and greet but she actually took my little dude for an hour or two to make sure he would acclimate to the house before we left him with her. He was staying with her during the forest fires and she made sure to minimize time outdoors to protect his lungs, and sent me tons of pictures. I will definitely be booking her services again and would absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone.”
