“I could rave about how absolutely amazing Samantha was with my Khaleesi for hours, but I’ll keep it short for reading purposes. My dog Khaleesi is a high anxiety dog and does not do well with strangers and typically hides from them. Samantha had her during the day for 3 days, and from day 1 Khaleesi took right to her. It did take some warming up time, but Samantha kept me very updated and sent pictures throughout the day. By the end of the 3 days, Khaleesi was walking into Samantha’s house without hesitation and didn’t even turn around to look at me. Samantha is incredible and I highly recommend her!!!!”

About: I've taken care of cats and dogs ever since I was 14. My family relied on me to feed, walk, play, and bathe the animals. I enjoy my time taking care of the pets/animals around me. About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. Adopted a 3rd torti cat in the Spring of 2014 (named Hallie B). I adopted a chihuahua in the Fall of 2016 (named Clara my grandmother’s name). I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) OVERNIGHT 40 hours SUNDAY thru WEDNESDAY. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 8am to 2pm. Thursday thru Saturday I am totally available. “This was my wife and I's first time using Rover, so naturally there was a bit of hesitation when it came to leaving our 6 month old Beagle with someone we did not know. HOWEVER, we felt completely comfortable leaving our pup with Stephanie. First off, we decided to use Rover the night before we needed someone to watch our dog, and Stephanie responded to us promptly making it a breeze to schedule care for Charlie. She was very thorough in making sure she knew everything about him- his eating schedule, walking schedule, bathroom schedule, and even wanted to know where we kept him in his crate at night so she could help him feel close to home as possible. All in all, we are happy we chose Stephanie to watch our dog, and we will gladly choose her again in the future.”

She is extremely professional and answered all my texts quickly. She provided photos and updated us with how things were going daily. After meeting her we knew she would care for our dog like she was one of her own. She was extremely flexible at changing the dates of stay when I'd accidentally clicked the wrong days. Even though they were very last minute. Her compassion for animals is truly genuine as evidenced by the model she's set for her children. They, too, took to our dog and treated her like a real princess. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter for our pupper.”
