My pup goes on a 30-60min walk or fetch in the fenced s hook fields near me around 7.30-8, eats around 10.30am with a quick walk outside soon after. She naps and is free to play. Last walk and dinner is around 6.30-7.30. Jade sleeps in her crate beside my bed. I’m able to give as much attention to her as needed because my schedule is flexible. I'm currently in between jobs, so I have a lot of time to cat sit, dog walk, or pet sit - ideally looking to care for pets in the Arlington, Alexandria, DC area. Anywhere that I can either walk to or get to by metro! I'll make sure your pet gets enough play time, regular walks, stays hydrated and fed :) Happy to host at my place or be in the pet's home environment.
About: I’ve had multiple pets throughout my life- ranging from gerbils to birds to dogs. I love all animals and find joy in taking care of them. I have experience with my Pomeranian and have dog sat anywhere from tiny French Bulldogs to large Pit-bulls. Each dog has their own personality and I love that about them. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and helped with dog adoption events. I am a huge softy for cuddlers, but also understand that not all dogs like that (for example my Pomeranian, Ricky). While I do not have much experience with cats, I will play with them as much as they allow! I promise your pet could not be left in more caring hands! I am very responsible and will take great care of your furry friend!
About: Growing up I always owned animals as I love all kinds of animals from big to small. It was always my dream to own a dog or a cat and ever since getting my very first dog in middle school, I learned a lot about what it takes to give love and handle an animal with care and attention. I would love to take care of your animal just as if it were my own as I own a cat myself and am fostering cats when I can. I am also an active volunteer for the rescue organization here in nova called 4paws. I believe that all animals deserve the best. I have several years of experience taking care of animals/pets and will follow any specific needs that your pet requires. I will promise to go above and beyond for your pet to make sure that you and your pet are more than happy! I currently take care of my cat at home. I work from home as well so I have plenty of time to drop in for visits or walks. I enjoy volunteering at the shelter when I have time and doing Rover requests as I get them.
