“We were away for 8 days, Robert came to drop-in visit our cat boy Suga twice a day with extra care. In fact, we haven’t been separated with our Suga for so long, as a mom, I was really worried, as our Suga was a very clingy and not as independent as most other cats. My first option was sending him to a boarding facility, but we eventually decided to go with the drop-in Visit option. It turned out to be the best choice. Robert was so friendly, responsible, reliable, patient, and of course, so experienced. It was extremely easy to communicate with him. He was super experienced dealing with cats. Our Suga started to roll over his belly in front of Robert on the 1st day. Robert also helped clean Suga’s butt when poo stained on it. It was such a pleasure to have Robert taking care our boy! About: I’ve grown up around dogs since I was very young, and caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. I currently have a pug, so I’m very familiar with daily routines like walking, feeding, bathing, and giving lots of love and attention. Friends, neighbors, and family have always trusted me to look after their pets, and I treat every dog as if they were my own. I’m currently a nursing student on break, and most of my classes during the semester are online. This means I’m home full-time on all non-clinical days and have plenty of time to give your pets my full attention. My schedule is very flexible, so I’m available most days for walks, drop-ins, and boarding. Safety is always my top priority. I grew up with dogs and currently have a sweet pug, so I’m very comfortable handling pets of all sizes and personalities. My home is clean, calm, and pet-friendly, and I always make sure dogs are supervised, fed on schedule, and kept in a safe environment. I’m happy to crate your dog if needed, follow any routines you prefer, and give your pup plenty of love and attention while you’re away.

About: My parents owned a doggy daycare and boarding place for dogs - I would watch over 40 dogs and ensure dogs never got into fights. I also have pet sat my neighbor’s dogs and cats and did drop in visits. And back in NJ, I always visit and look after my parent’s dog Bailey who is a yellow lab! I am currently searching for a new job and am doing Rover in the meantime! I’m available all day. Side note: I live with a female roommate and my boyfriend likes to sleep over on weekends. Both of them are comfortable around dogs and cats. I would love to meet you and your pet beforehand to get to know you both and learn what needs to be done! In general, for client visits, I will always check in with your pet by giving them pets and/or scratches if they prefer. I’ll check to make sure they have enough food and water or feed your pet right away. After, I’ll go on a short or long walk for dogs. And of course, extra pets/scratches once your pet returns phone and double checking that the door/house is locked.

About: I am a true Capitol Hill dog lover and I have always had a strong passion for animals, mostly for dogs. I have been caring for dogs since I was child, taking care of my mother’s beloved shitzu.
