We had just had a terrible board and train situation leaving him with some pressure sores and anxiety. I am so glad I chose Robin though. She allowed me to come out a month before booking to see her facilities, get to know me and my pup, and to explain how his days would be going. Ollie looked so incredibly comfortable around her then I started calling our vacation his summer camp. She sent pictures almost daily of Ollie running around and playing with other pups. He came back to me 5 lb. lighter than before because of it (he needed it!) and I can also tell that she kept up with his training that we have been working on which I greatly appreciated. I have given my dogs medication to swallow when prescribed by their veterinarian as well as cleaning out their ears every 2-3 times a week for normal hygiene. I will follow all duties assigned to me to care for your pet. I work on the Goochland County Public Schools calendar from 745-315 Monday - Friday unless other wise stated on the calendar. I would be available all day on the days school is closed. I will provide feedings, potty breaks, walks, inside/outside activities as needed/wanted per your request. About: I have been blessed to grow up with a variety of animals in and around my home. I’ve had a variety of dogs that have ranged from 12lbs to 200lbs. I’ve also had cats in the home, as well. I have taken care of the basics of feeding them, giving clean water (daily), maintaining the litter box (as needed) and even giving insulin injections (to both felines and dogs). I’ve trained many of my larger breed dogs and my service dog. Bathing, feeding, walking and not just for my pets, but also friends & family. Since my sweet Bella (pictured) passed I actually have a 20lb Boston Terrier, named Lucy, now. I also live on a farm where we have 3 miniature horses and one thoroughbred big boy. I’m very flexible in my schedule and if I was needed to stay for extended periods of time, my animals would be taken care of. I’ve been on medical disability for 4 1/2yrs now. Other than my appointments I have throughout the week, my only other commitment is the upkeep of my home and taking care of my animals. I would not be bringing clients pets to my home, as it’s a spacious and fenced in yard; however, we have one dog who doesn’t play well with others. In a client’s home, unless asked by the owner, the only thing I would remove from the home (temporarily), would be the pet. I’m very cautious with another’s fur baby; so, I would treat it as my own with love, snuggles and a gentle touch. About: I have 2 dogs currently, and have had lots of different pets growing up. I have cat and dog sat for family and neighbors. I have also taken care of and helped out with foster kitties. I am currently working part time in the evenings and doing online school. I am available some full days of the week, every morning, mid day, or overnight. I am currently not able to bring client pets to my home. I am able to go to client houses during the day or overnight as needed.

About: I have experience with all dogs and grew up working on a farm, caring for an array of livestock to include chickens, goats/sheep, alpacas/llamas, and two sheepdogs. I am willing to feed & care for any other farm animals or exotic pets if requested. I came from a big cat loving family, and would love to come love on yours. I am a stay at home mom which affords me the ability to be pretty flexible with times of days and last minute bookings. If I’m a not available for some dates, please reach out to me to discuss. Boarding and Doggy Day Care requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. We live on 7 acres, no fence, with chickens and a German shepherd. Dogs must be leash trained and crate trained for bedtime (if boarding).

We had just had a terrible board and train situation leaving him with some pressure sores and anxiety. I am so glad I chose Robin though. She allowed me to come out a month before booking to see her facilities, get to know me and my pup, and to explain how his days would be going. Ollie looked so incredibly comfortable around her then I started calling our vacation his summer camp. She sent pictures almost daily of Ollie running around and playing with other pups. He came back to me 5 lb. lighter than before because of it (he needed it!) and I can also tell that she kept up with his training that we have been working on which I greatly appreciated.
