“Randi went above and beyond to make sure our animals were taken care of. She even voluntarily took home a chick that could not walk and fixed it's leg so it can get around on its own now. She also watered our plants and brought in mail while we were gone. She seems to know a lot about dogs and is a wealth of info on chickens, as well. Some of my chickens were not doing so well and thanks to her advice, they are looking healthier. I'd highly recommend her.”

About: I’ve lived with dogs as long as I can remember and have had a significant part in their care for about 10 years. The last 4 years I’ve been the primary caregiver for my pets. Since I was a teenager I’ve been the designated pet and house sitter for friends and family! I currently work full time but work from home two days per week. My mornings before work and evenings after work are dedicated to the pups. If necessary I am able to take a long lunch for some extra pup time. I have a fully fenced in yard where my friendly pups love to play and a puppy proofed home. Pets are welcome anywhere people are allowed, including furniture. My 2 dachshunds are super outgoing with other dogs and can keep up with big dogs! In a client’s home I will take into account any of the house rules of the pet parents.

My Chihuahua-Terrier “Charlie” was a rescue. He’s your typical “yappy” Chihuahua that I said I would never have but I couldn’t leave him homeless! They will always be watched and never left alone! I live on over 3 acres and have a huge fenced in field where we go to play and potty! They have plenty of room to play and are always accompanied outside. We only crate if that is part of their routine. We are up early every morning (life of living on a farm!) Our Aussie loves to play until the sun goes down. Our animals typically eat the same time everyday. I feel it’s important to keep your animals on a consistent daily routine! I care for our guests the same as I care for my own dogs. They will be in a loving and calm household while they are here.

About: I've loved dogs for the longest time and ever since I've had my own, you quickly realize they are more than a pet, they are family. My dog and I will treat your dog just like family during their visit. I succeeded well in training my dog on my own from house training, to off leash, to playing hide and seek, and I understand the important component of upholding and instilling any of your training while you're not present. As of June 30th, I no longer work remotely, but work very close to home. I still will have plenty of time to give your pup comfort and attention throughout the day. I am available most weekdays and weekends, but may become more limited depending on the season. I have 1 dog, a small Yorkshire Terrier who is known as Mr. President because he loves to greet and befriend each pet or person he sees, no matter the size. He is super friendly and playful and would love to be a great friend and playmate with your pup. I can easily crate your dog if needed with one you provide or with one of my own crates or expandale play pens. My yard is open, but there is plenty of space for fun. I enjoy long walks, so if your pup needs to get in multiple miles, I can make that happen. I have a multi level townhome. Dogs are allowed anywhere in the home except for the kitchen. If your dog loves the outdoors, i have a small deck and a small enclosed front balcony they can hang on. There are plenty of toys and puzzles, but you are of course welcome to provide their favorite toy.

I worked for veterinary services specializing in boarding care for 8 years through out schooling -Will ensure your home is left in the condition received with minimal housekeeping (will take trash out and clean up any pet accidents they may have due to medical conditions. Additional requests can be discussed with or without additional pricing) -Our commitment is to ensure your pets safety, emotionally and physically as if they are our own -Regular updates will be provided streamlining communication -I choose Rover over other traditional “2nd jobs”, because I want to enjoy the work we do! Looking forward to meeting you and your fur babies! I have a full-time job, however, remotely!! This allows one person at all times to care for your pets, during most hours! My personal break(s) will be scheduled based on both client and provider agreed upon schedules. For example: after evening pet care, there will be a 2-4 hour provider break for dinner and family time before returning for overnight care. Home has pvc wood vinyl for easy mess clean up. The yard is flat and fully fenced in. Warmer weather will have plastic kiddo pools for dogs to cool off. If your dog weighs more than 85 pounds, I require dogs to be leashed trained and/or with a “no pull” dog harness for the safety of your pet and care taker. Meaning, dogs that continually pull excessively while on leash, will either receive short potty breaks, or only “fenced-in” activities. This will be agreed upon at initial encounter. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets plenty of attention, including walks, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, and lots of cuddles. When caring for a pet, I make their routine a priority. I’m happy to follow their normal schedule and keep them comfortable in a familiar environment. I also make time for regular updates and photos so their owners know how they’re doing. Whether your pet is staying in my home or I’m caring for them in yours, I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In my home, pets get plenty of attention, playtime, walks, cuddles, and opportunities to relax. I’m happy to follow their normal feeding, walking, and bedtime routines so they feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away. When caring for pets in their own home, I respect their familiar environment and stick closely to their routine. I’ll make sure they’re fed, exercised, given plenty of attention, and have everything they need. I’m also comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and energy levels, including puppies and senior pets who may need extra patience and care. Most importantly, I treat every pet like they’re my own and keep their owner updated with photos and messages along the way.
About: I’ve had dogs since I was eight years old. Including puppies and rescuing senior dogs. Some of the senior dogs were at the end of their life so I understand the need for compassion and care. About: I've been pet-sitting since I was 14 for cats, dogs and reptiles. I've also owned dogs, cats and birds so I'm well aware of how to take care of a multitude of animals. I'm open to watch all types of animals. I'm able to do house visits which would include checking up on your pets, making sure they're fed, spending time with them, and provide enrichment and fun play time. I do live in an apartment so the walks would be done either at nearby parks or walking throughout the neighborhood. “Le’Quitta was absolutely wonderful with Honey! From the very beginning, she was thoughtful and communicative. We did a meet-and-greet beforehand, and she even brought one of her dogs to make sure Honey would be comfortable since she can be a little reactive around other dogs. Just before our trip, Honey unexpectedly needed stitches and had to wear a cone while taking medication every 12 hours. Le’Quitta didn’t hesitate—she happily took on the extra care, administered Honey’s medications, and gave us complete peace of mind so we could still enjoy our weekend away. Throughout Honey’s stay, Le’Quitta sent frequent updates and photos, and it was obvious Honey was having the best time playing with the other dogs. She even had her first positive introduction to a cat! Every picture showed a happy, smiling dog who was clearly loved and well cared for.
