About: I had multiple cats and was the primary caretaker ever since I was 10. I’ve also bottle fed two sets of orphaned kittens. I love cats and have lots of experience. Recently I’ve house sat for one of my friends who has a cat while she’s been out of town. I also spent the spring/summer volunteering at an animal shelter in Spanish fork where I cleaned/helped care for the cats there!!

I want you and your pet to feel the most at ease -- in that of a known and comfortable environment. I'm amenable and responsive to any instructions, preferences, and needs. Most recently, I cared for a two-year-old mini Golden Doodle (while housesitting in Northern California) that unexpectedly developed an unfortunate "hot spot". Through diligent communication with her owners (who were vacationing in Europe), we coordinated how best to proceed. This included several visits to a vet, where she also, as it turned out, had double ear infections. Treatment protocol required both topical and oral medications twice daily. I recorded an audio of the summary diagnosis from the vet and shared this with her humans, as well as regular updates and photos of the healing progress. Simultaneously, I was asked to move her to a balanced raw diet (like that of my own dog), and which required more effort but that was entirely inline with what I'm already accustomed.

About: Talley’s House has two adults that work from home, two teenage dog loving sons, and two pups, Talley (12+) and Oz (2) that love to meet and play with new friends! We have a great setup for dogs of all types, and we would love to watch your dog(s)! We acknowledge we may not be right for everyone. Please read all the details in our profile to determine if our home is right for you. We work from home - pet care is baked into our daily/weekly routine. A TYPICAL DAY: 7:00-8:30 a.m. interactive playtime (fetch, tug-of-war, etc. ) 8:30-9:00 a.m. morning feeding and rest 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. open playtime - we work while the dogs play. They come in an out freely while we supervise from our workstation. We group dogs as needed. See the safety, trust & environment section for details. 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. treats and training followed by quiet time in kennels 4:00 - 6:00 p.m interactive playtime round 2 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. evening feeding and quiet time in kennels 8:00 - 10:00 p.m. final playtime and bedtime routine (treats and training) 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. bedtime in kennels We prefer pickup/dropoff times between 7:00 - 10:00 a.m or 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. so we can devote time to helping the dogs adjust to the environment and their temporary pack. The only thing we need from you at drop off is their food in a ZIPLOC w INSTRUCTIONS WRITTEN on it. If needed, bring a small blanket or toy with the scent of home. We do NOT need beds, food dishes, or leash. We engage in activities that stimulate their prey drive (fetch, tug-of-war...), play drive (playtime with Talley, Ozzy, and other guests), and work on training behaviors a couple of times a day, as appropriate. They are out of the kennel interacting with dogs and people most of the day. In order for your dog to have a great experience, they need to play well with other dogs and be comfortable spending time in a kennel. SAFETY & TRUST: We have been trained in behavior recognition to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests. When we have multiple guests, we group dogs as needed (by age, size, "fixed" or not, temperament, and/or energy level) to optimize the experience for each guest. We feed them in a kennel to ensure food isn't shared and give them quiet time after meals to ensure they have adequate time to digest before playing again. We expect our guests to be up to date with their vaccinations. When a new dog arrives give them time to explore on their own, then we gradually introduce them to other dogs to assess temperament and compatibility. That is the reason we prefer to limit the pickup and dropoff windows so we can devote that critical time. Please see availability for more info on times. ENVIRONMENT: We have a dedicated space both indoors and outdoors for the dogs. Inside we have an air-conditioned apartment dedicated to the dogs. They have a couch, area rug, background music, and their own 4x4, 4x6, or 5x5 kennel. We reserve a corner for a workstation where we work during the day. Outside we have a fenced area for the dogs with turf and toys. We setup a canopy for extra shade on hot sunny days since we don't have natural shade from trees yet. We wet the turf down on hot days to ensure it's comfortable for the dogs as well.

About: I have had pets all my life, dogs, cats, hamsters, birds. You name it, I have probably had it. I love all pets but especially dogs! I have taken all the dogs I have own to training and love being with them. I own 2 dogs now. 1 is named Koda and she is a full golden retriever and the other is Lucy, she is a Golden retriever/ Lab mix. They are indoor lovable dogs. I believe that dogs are apart of the family, so in my house they are allowed to be on the furniture to cuddled with! I am a stay at home mom and have 2 dogs. Your dogs will be walked (when it is not crazy hot out) Loved on and played with while you are away! I am happy to send daily pictures of your pups if you would like! I have a fenced yard and crates for bed if you are more comfortable with that. I have 2 dogs for yours to play with and 3 kids, aged 10,12 and 14 who love and respect dogs. I love to play fetch with dogs and other games. We even have a small splash pool for the dogs to play in.
About: I have a 2 year old cowboy corgi named Bubba that I’m obsessed with. He loves having other dogs over to play with! We promise to take good care of your pup! I work from home doing customer service Monday-Friday full time. So if you need your pup to be boarded it just watched for the day, I can do it! Bubba would also love it. I have a little side yard that is enclosed, so there is a place for them to play outside and go to the bathroom. I let my dog go out often. I keep my apartment clean with lots of dog toys and treats!

She took care of my baby fern exactly how I requested she was on time with our meeting and she and her family treated my puppy as if she was their own more than just recommending Jessica for of your dogs needs, You will have felt like you made a friend with the way that she treats you as well as your Dog. This was my first experience on Rover all together and I'm very grateful that it was the best possible. How come I was able to rest and do some business for the weekend while I was in town and she was so close to the place I was staying. Everything was more than convenient. I feel like I didn't pay enough!!”
