I explained that she also has some reactivity issues with new dogs until she warms up to them which she noted and apparently worked on because she was able to get my dog to walk along with hers. I even noticed that my Mei Mei was not going crazy when confronted with a pair of loose dogs at the park on my first walk back with her. Lastly, she was able to take this booking last minute as I had unplanned lengthy work hours for a couple of days and so that in of it self was so much help. About: I live an active lifestyle and love nothing more than a pet buddy to join walks and hikes. I had been a dog aunt for over 10 years and often am the “go to” pet sitter amongst friends and family as they know I am reliable, responsible and a true lover of pets! I’d love to meet your fur babies and give them all the love and cuddles! I work a full time job during the week which makes me mainly available on weekends for walks, visits, home stays or boarding, with the exception of a weekday afternoon walk if in a close vicinity. Note: My roommate has 2 female healers, both friendly with other dogs. Throughout the summer, they will be in and out of town, so I try to schedule boarding times for when they are gone to make things easier. On the off chance that they are in town when you’ve requested a boarding we can discuss if we feel it’s a good fit. Thank you! I believe pets need enrichment and attention to feel loved, just like us humans! I love giving pets, cuddles and making sure they get their daily exercise. When I am watching a pet for an extended period of time, they come first!

About: I grew up on a street called Dog Ridge in Vermont, named by my parents for our gaggle of pups running around. I currently have one pup named Theo who is the love of my life. I know firsthand how important it is for owners to have reliable and safe sitters and walkers when taking care of their pups. I’m a professional EMT meaning I’m motivated, compassionate, and deeply care about the well-being of other people and animals. I would love to meet your animals soon! I spend just about all of my free time hanging out with my dog. My entire routine revolves around giving him the best possible life, and that’s the same philosophy I’ll have with your pets. I can stay overnight with your dog or stop in to say hello or do potty breaks. With permission, also bring my dog for socialization and exercise, or leave Theo at home if your dog is more of a lone wolf:) My partner works from home so it is rare for the pups to be alone for more than an hour or two. My partner and I have a fully fenced in yard with a doggy door, so your pup may go in and out as they please. We also have a kiddie pool set up for hot summer days. Our home is very quiet and relaxed, and have air conditioning in every room if it gets really hot!

Since I’ve retired early, I have time for new experiences and to meet awesome pets in new environments. I use a mobility scooter for long distances so walks on sidewalks and flat trails are fine. About: I am not only in love with all animals, but it is my passion and future career to help animals in need of representation and humane treatment. Animals have been my sole focus since childhood, and my education (bachelors degree in Health, Society and Policy) and career choices have and will reflect that. I care for them, walk them, feed them and sleep with them. I also frequently dog sit for days at a time at another owners house. The biggest thing is that I spend all of the time with them. A lot of dog sitters make sure they have the basic needs like food water and go to the bathroom, but I LOVE to get in that extra love time with them to make sure they also have the attention. It helps them trust more, and helps with the anxiety of their parent being gone. I love making the walks longer for them, and being patient.

About: I have had dogs my entire life and currently own both a Husky with a seizure disorder and a senior Malamute with arthritis. Caring for special needs and senior dogs has given me hands-on experience with medications, mobility support, routines, and recognizing behavioral changes quickly. About: I live an active lifestyle and love nothing more than a pet buddy to join walks and hikes. I had been a dog aunt for over 10 years and often am the “go to” pet sitter amongst friends and family as they know I am reliable, responsible and a true lover of pets! I’d love to meet your fur babies and give them all the love and cuddles! I work a full time job during the week which makes me mainly available on weekends for walks, visits, home stays or boarding, with the exception of a weekday afternoon walk if in a close vicinity. Note: My roommate has 2 female healers, both friendly with other dogs. Throughout the summer, they will be in and out of town, so I try to schedule boarding times for when they are gone to make things easier. On the off chance that they are in town when you’ve requested a boarding we can discuss if we feel it’s a good fit. Thank you! I believe pets need enrichment and attention to feel loved, just like us humans! I love giving pets, cuddles and making sure they get their daily exercise. When I am watching a pet for an extended period of time, they come first!
