About: I grew up with animals always in our house! My family had dogs (from border collies to dachshunds), cats, rats, and fish. I have also frequently done pet sitting for my extended family members. These family member have asked me to care for dogs (from great danes to boston terriers), kittens, lizards, and guinea pigs. I love to spend time with animals, whether it is by hanging out on the couch or going on walks. I especially enjoying spending time with older pets, I enjoy supporting them when they start to slow down and always make sure they’re comfortable. I am currently working part time at a school for adults with disabilities, some of the students I also provide care for at their homes when needed. I am looking for some opportunities to spend time with animals, as I miss having them around since I can’t keep one in my apartment. When caring for pets, I am always willing to come to their home and support them in anyway I can. I enjoy taking them on walks if needed, or even just hanging out at the home so they aren’t alone. About: I have been caring for animals most of my life! I've cared for dogs, cats, goats, chickens and even falcons! My favorite is caring for dogs. I grew up with my dog, Porky, our family Terrier. As I raised my own family, our dog, Lady, became a significant part of my children's lives. Now I often care for my children's pets, and that is where the cats, chickens, goats and falcons come in. About: I have dogsat dogs for longer than a week as well as owned multiple dogs myself, so I am very experienced. I have a Veterinary Technician Certificate, this gives me insight on different techniques of animal care. I've got plenty of time on my hands. So I'm pretty much always open. For house sitting I would like as much time in advance as possible, one week at minimum. I'm only able to pet sit animals at their own home, I live in an apartment with 3 other people so it'd get crowded. I can offer bathing your pet. I am attentive to detail, so I know when a pet is in need of something. I'm punctual, so any schedule you have for your pet I will follow it to a T. I can bring my own food so I won't have to be eating yours. I am able to stay the night if needed. I will pick up any feces in your yard or in a litterbox if needed. I enjoy playing with animals so they won't ever feel down.

About: I have a big spacious fenced in yard. My home is calm and welcoming which will help your dogs feel right at home! I have cared for dogs of families and friend. I’m available for boarding Friday through Monday all day which gives me more than enough time to take your puppies on walks and give them the care and attention they need. I have a fenced in yard and a sweet little 2 year old that is so gentle and will give your furry babies all the snuggles.

“Emily was fantastic and had the support of her welcoming committee (her personal pups) to show Tatanka the ropes. He's 6 months and has never been away from home or around other dogs since we got him, so this was all very new for him, but Emily and Bobby made sure to let us come by the day before drop off to introduce him to the other dogs and familiarize himself inside and outside their home since he would be staying for 4 nights. The introductions were gradual so Tatanka didn't get overwhelmed and by the time we were leaving, it was like taking your kid out of the McDonald's Playland after they'd made a bunch of best friends. Lol I know these reviews and make or break a decision, I just want you to know that Tatanka is our child and I'm SUPER neurotic and over protective, and I wouldn't even think twice about leaving him with Emily again. She went above and beyond to help ease our stress while giving him a safe place to run and be a puppy. I trust her and Bobby completely and you can too!!”

About: Pet care is my life. It is what I have done since before I can remember and I LOVE it. I have many years experience working at veterinary practices so I am comfortable giving medications as directed. Past experience supervising doggy day care/play groups. I also have experience working with positive dog trainers who helped me care for my high energy rescue dog. I am practiced at observing feline and canine body language which helps me to handle them even in stressful situations. I have volunteered for animal shelters and rescue groups in the past and I am comfortable caring for rescue pets who need a little extra TLC both physically and emotionally. My newest pet care skill is professional dog grooming. Some experience caring for horses and other livestock. I will care for them like they are my own.
