About: I have been watching animals for 16 years and have been surrounded by them my whole life. My husband and I have two dogs and two cats. We have trained our dogs ourselves. We have a fenced in back yard and lots of toys and mentally stimulating activities for dogs of all shapes and sizes! I don’t love when animals are lonely and locked in cages all day - so I want to help you as best as I can! I work from home off eastern time with occasional work trips. I’m pretty flexible during the week and can move my schedule around to accommodate you! I have a fenced in yard with two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. We also have two cats but they tend to hide when there’s a lot of commotion. I can crate your fur baby at your request! About: I have been caring for animals most of my life! I've cared for dogs, cats, goats, chickens and even falcons! My favorite is caring for dogs. I grew up with my dog, Porky, our family Terrier. As I raised my own family, our dog, Lady, became a significant part of my children's lives. Now I often care for my children's pets, and that is where the cats, chickens, goats and falcons come in. About: I have had dogs my entire life. My first time volunteering was in 2010 where I started at the Homer Animal Shelter in Alaska. I volunteered for four years and had to stop to care for all of the rescues I had taken in to my home. May then husband continued volunteering to ensure we fulfilled our duties. I have rescued seniors and helped birth puppies of a foster dog. I have done IV infusions on a dog for kidney failure. The safety of our dogs is of the utmost importance to me. I work from home and am very available and present with them all day. We have lots of potty breaks, a fenced yard, and sleeping in the bed is a must! I have little stairs so they can be on any and all furniture. I do not spank animals. A firm tone is all I need. I love dogs and if your dog accidentally pees on my floor, oh well. When Garret also comes to MN, he will either be taking that time off from work or working remote from your home. Note: rates are non-negotiable for first time customers. Minnesota trips may include a few meetings downtown, family visits, and sailing. Other than that, I (or we) will spend as much time as possible with your pet! “Our dog sitter (family) had something come up last minute before our 10 day vacation. Heidi stepped in and saved the day. We were able to bring our pup Bridger over beforehand to meet Heidi and her sweet dog so that we could feel better about it being a good fit before leaving town. It was our first time using Rover and Heidi was great about walking us through the process and asking the right questions. While we were gone Heidi sent daily updates with pictures and Bridger had a blast making new dog friends. All in all we would definitely use Heidi again!”

About: I have been watching animals for 16 years and have been surrounded by them my whole life. My husband and I have two dogs and two cats. We have trained our dogs ourselves. We have a fenced in back yard and lots of toys and mentally stimulating activities for dogs of all shapes and sizes! I don’t love when animals are lonely and locked in cages all day - so I want to help you as best as I can! I work from home off eastern time with occasional work trips. I’m pretty flexible during the week and can move my schedule around to accommodate you! I have a fenced in yard with two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. We also have two cats but they tend to hide when there’s a lot of commotion. I can crate your fur baby at your request! I am all for open and honest communication and would love to send you updates through the day!
“Krista was great with my dog. She sent lots of photos and was very communicative throughout his stay. She also made sure to invite us over before our scheduled sit to see her house and make sure all the animals got a long. We had to change our pickup and drop-off times after we booked and she was very flexible and understanding. I would recommend her to watch your babies”

“Emily was fantastic and had the support of her welcoming committee (her personal pups) to show Tatanka the ropes. He's 6 months and has never been away from home or around other dogs since we got him, so this was all very new for him, but Emily and Bobby made sure to let us come by the day before drop off to introduce him to the other dogs and familiarize himself inside and outside their home since he would be staying for 4 nights. The introductions were gradual so Tatanka didn't get overwhelmed and by the time we were leaving, it was like taking your kid out of the McDonald's Playland after they'd made a bunch of best friends. Lol I know these reviews and make or break a decision, I just want you to know that Tatanka is our child and I'm SUPER neurotic and over protective, and I wouldn't even think twice about leaving him with Emily again. She went above and beyond to help ease our stress while giving him a safe place to run and be a puppy. I trust her and Bobby completely and you can too!!”
