About: I raised my puppy Maple for 7 years until she died of cancer last year. I would love to hangout with your animals. I am young, love dogs, and willing to go on walks galore. I have a regular 9-4ish. So I would love to work on weekends and do overnights if that is what is needed from you. I am mobile and willing to keep the dog in a familiar environment. About: I grew up with cats and dogs since day one. As I got older I joined a local rescue as a pet foster parent and eventually rescued a few of my own outside of the rescue. I have had many types breeds of dogs in my care and have also watched ferrets, guinea pigs, goats, and cats. I have experience from newborn puppies/kittens/ chicks to senior care. I went through multiple puppy training classes with both my Dane and Shorthair. I am a stay at home human/pet mom so I have a very open schedule. I am able to watch pets in my home or drop in. I am typically always home. My backdoor opens into a 6 foot fenced, fully gated, dog run. They have 24/7 access to this, unless it's raining. We then have the "big back yard" or 1/4 acers, which has no shade and a chicken coop. So, I have to be a with them and it can'tbe blistering hot, that we work our some energy. We love outdoor time, so as long as the weather cooperates we are outside! When inside they are able to roam as they please, sit on the couch, sleep on the bed and get all the pets. I only use a crate if that is what they are used to.

About: I have taken care of dogs of all shapes and sizes since I was a kid. I love providing that extra care pets need when life gets too busy. :) I am currently working from home so I am very flexible. My work is also very passive so I have plenty of time to provide undivided attention to your pet! I prefer to set up a meeting prior to care if at all possible to make sure your pet is comfortable. I am also very good at following detailed care instructions for your pet.
About: From 2017 to 2019 I did in-home dog and drop by cat sitting through word of mouth. Since 2019 I have been using Rover. I have cared for various retreivers, hounds, labs, and husky-mixes. I have a strict policy of not taking dogs off leash. I am happy to provide daily exercise by walking the neighborhood, going to the park, or hiking a trail. I have open availability at this time. I am available almost every day of the week and can accommodate most scheduling needs. Just let me know what works best for you! Honestly owner preferences and dog/cat needs dictate how I will care for your pet. Is your cat shy of people? I can respect their boundaries. Is your dog high energy? A nice hike sounds great!

I prefer to stay in their home which allows them to stay comfortable and in their own environment, new places can cause fur babies unnecessary stress and no one wants that. I prefer to keep their routine as normal as possible as well so if they get fed at 5 am I set an alarm to ensure they get fed at their normal time as well.

I’m happy to follow each pet’s individual feeding schedule, medication instructions, crate routine, sleeping arrangements, and any other care instructions you provide. I also understand that every pet has a different personality — some want to play all day, some want constant cuddles, and some simply want a quiet place to nap. I’m happy to meet each pet where they’re most comfortable. Pets staying with me will have regular supervision and companionship throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods.
