Most recently, I cared for a two-year-old mini Golden Doodle (while housesitting in Northern California) that unexpectedly developed an unfortunate "hot spot". Through diligent communication with her owners (who were vacationing in Europe), we coordinated how best to proceed. This included several visits to a vet, where she also, as it turned out, had double ear infections. Treatment protocol required both topical and oral medications twice daily. I recorded an audio of the summary diagnosis from the vet and shared this with her humans, as well as regular updates and photos of the healing progress. Simultaneously, I was asked to move her to a balanced raw diet (like that of my own dog), and which required more effort but that was entirely inline with what I'm already accustomed.

I have experience fostering with A Home 4 Spot. My young dog is a recent foster fail… went to foster and fell in love immediately. I work from home and walk my own dogs regularly, and I am happy to take care of your dogs alongside mine. I take them on 3-5 potty breaks outside per day and 2 of those are walks, sometimes we take really long walks or visit the dog park depending on their energy level. I always make sure to give them cuddles and affection throughout the day while I’m working. Mine play well together and with other dogs, but know when to back off and give other dogs space. I live in a townhome community that is very dog friendly. There are several parks nearby that we walk to and lots of grass to go outside for several potty breaks throughout the day.

About: Currently offering dog walking and boarding services but open to other short-term services as well. I love going on hikes, visiting parks, lakes, and playing outside, especially with pets. Currently living in Park City, which offers endless trails and many parks. I have a full time job which allows employees to bring their pets to work so your buddy can be my side during the day. I was a former dog owner for 16 years, so I am aware and experienced in all life stages. I have also babysat dogs for friends and family, which was up to 4 dogs at once. Some of them had special meal needs that I was able to follow. I would love to host your pet and make it the best experience possible. I'm currently working full time in SLC but my company allows employees to bring dogs to work. During the weekends I am mostly home with the exception of running errands or enjoying the outdoors. I live in a condo at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. I have an elevator which makes access very easy so stairs will not be encountered. Your pet will enjoy their own bed and toys. If you are comfortable, I am able to bring a dog to work during the day in Salt Lake City.
