There was a point where we had 13 cats because we took in a Mama kitty and her kittens and I cared for them and watched them grow until they get new homes and we kept Mama. I've also been able to pet/love cats that the owners had previously said they hate people and I have the patience to let them warm up to me on their own terms. Most recently, I cared for a two-year-old mini Golden Doodle (while housesitting in Northern California) that unexpectedly developed an unfortunate "hot spot". Through diligent communication with her owners (who were vacationing in Europe), we coordinated how best to proceed. This included several visits to a vet, where she also, as it turned out, had double ear infections. Treatment protocol required both topical and oral medications twice daily. I recorded an audio of the summary diagnosis from the vet and shared this with her humans, as well as regular updates and photos of the healing progress. Simultaneously, I was asked to move her to a balanced raw diet (like that of my own dog), and which required more effort but that was entirely inline with what I'm already accustomed.
About: I’ve worked and cared for animals of all kinds since I was 5 years old. I grew up pet sitting for friends and family along with having many of my own! I work Monday - Friday from 6:30 - 3:00. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have a 13 year old and 1 year old dog in my home. I’ve raised dogs from puppies to seniors who have crossed over the rainbow bridge. I have experience fostering with A Home 4 Spot. My young dog is a recent foster fail… went to foster and fell in love immediately. I work from home and walk my own dogs regularly, and I am happy to take care of your dogs alongside mine. I take them on 3-5 potty breaks outside per day and 2 of those are walks, sometimes we take really long walks or visit the dog park depending on their energy level. I always make sure to give them cuddles and affection throughout the day while I’m working. Mine play well together and with other dogs, but know when to back off and give other dogs space. I live in a townhome community that is very dog friendly. There are several parks nearby that we walk to and lots of grass to go outside for several potty breaks throughout the day.

I have experience fostering with A Home 4 Spot. My young dog is a recent foster fail… went to foster and fell in love immediately. I work from home and walk my own dogs regularly, and I am happy to take care of your dogs alongside mine. I take them on 3-5 potty breaks outside per day and 2 of those are walks, sometimes we take really long walks or visit the dog park depending on their energy level. I always make sure to give them cuddles and affection throughout the day while I’m working. Mine play well together and with other dogs, but know when to back off and give other dogs space. I live in a townhome community that is very dog friendly. There are several parks nearby that we walk to and lots of grass to go outside for several potty breaks throughout the day.

About: Hello, my name is Reed. I’m a 25-year-old student and former Kennel Technician with hands-on experience in dog sitting, daycare, and boarding on my off days. Over the past year, I’ve also worked professionally leading off-leash group hikes using e-collars, managing 15–17 dogs at a time on dog-friendly trails and parks. This role has given me advanced skills in safe pack management, recall training, and e-collar handling. When your pup is with me, you can count on structured exercise, socialization, and fun adventures at dog parks and on dog-friendly trails. I’ll also make sure you receive high-quality photos of your pet so you can see them enjoying their day. I’ve been formally trained on dog behavior and care through PackPro and the Dog Handler Academy, and I continue to build on that knowledge every day. Feel free to reach out and book a date—I’d love to give your dog the care, attention, and adventure they deserve. I work at the pet resort Sunday-Tuesday and Thursdays. If needed on Tuesdays and Thursdays I can do a late overnight stay for a discount. In the house, I can board a family and give medicine oral or injections. I go to dog parks often, and usually take them outside every hour to an hour and a half. The only requirement is having a dog that is friendly so my dog stays safe as well.
