My girl is a bit overreactive with strangers and Grecia immediately assessed this and knew how to handle the situation effectively calming my dog and building up her initial trust. I explained that she also has some reactivity issues with new dogs until she warms up to them which she noted and apparently worked on because she was able to get my dog to walk along with hers. I even noticed that my Mei Mei was not going crazy when confronted with a pair of loose dogs at the park on my first walk back with her. Lastly, she was able to take this booking last minute as I had unplanned lengthy work hours for a couple of days and so that in of it self was so much help. About: I’ve always had animals in my home growing up! I have dog sitted for neighbors growing up. In highschool, I interned at an animal clinic and helped the animals in need. I want a future in helping animals find the care they need. I know that this place is the first step into finding my career. I am working full time, but I am at my house around 6pm or earlier Monday-Friday. If your pet needs to go outside in the afternoon, I have resources to help me with that. If I am dog-sitting your dog, I will walk it once I get home from work and make sure they are cared for! I have 1 dog and 2 cats in my home. My dog can be crated if needs be. The cats roam around inside the house. I have a fenced yard, it is under construction as of right now, but I will make sure your dog has access to a yard that he/she can get their energy out in. About: I’ve had a love for animals my entire life. Growing up around both dogs and cats, I learned early on how important patience, consistency, and affection are when caring for pets. My aunt was a dog breeder, and she taught me so much about animal behavior, training, and responsible pet care from a young age. Rescuing animals has always been close to my heart, and I have experience training my own pets using positive reinforcement. About: I have been around animals for my entire life. My dad grew up on a farm and his mom bred, groomed and boarded dogs as well as had a bunch of ponies, horses, cows etc. My mom has my childhood dog and cat at her house so my house has no pets and is ready to accommodate yours. Right now I’m very flexible with my job! I don’t go into the office every day and when I do it’s usually only a few hours! I treat all animals I care for as my own. I will always make sure they are well taken care of for basic needs and also getting good play and snuggle time!

About: As a life-long pet owner, lover, and caretaker, I am well-equipped to take in your furry friends and passionate about giving them a warm, safe place to stay (and play). I’ve had pets since I was a child — some of my fondest memories involve wet kisses and long, sniff-filled walks around the neighborhood. In addition to providing my family pets with basic care and love, I’ve watched and cared for dogs in my community since I was a tween. Neighbors enlisted my help to walk, feed, and check in on their pets while away, and I happily obliged any time I could. Most of my time spent away from home is flexible and lasts (at most) 5 hours (with a few exceptions). I enjoy spending time with dogs, and try to be home as often as possible when watching pets to ensure they are comfortable and safe. I have a large, fenced yard with plenty of room to explore, sniff, and play! I have one 11 year old dog — a sweet, social, pet-friendly Golden Retriever — to keep your pup company. His name is Simba, he loves to say hi and will engage if your pup initiates, but is also very content to keep to himself and takes cues and warnings well. Simba is a free roaming dog and I am happy to keep your pup out and about while I'm home and able to supervise. I also live with a cat who keeps to herself and stays confined to a dog-free room. She will not interact with your pets during their stay. For your pup's safety and mine, I prefer they are crate trained. That way, I can ensure they are safe and comfortable while I'm out. I also utilize kennels as a quiet space for dogs to decompress and recharge separate from outside distractions. However, they will be offered plenty of time outside of their crates, both indoors and outdoors. Dogs are allowed on furniture and beds in my house. However, I can enforce any off-furniture rules to maintain their routine while away from home.

About: My whole life I’ve grown up taking care of lots of animals! Such as dogs, cats, rodents, chickens, tortoises, chinchillas, and fish! I currently have 3 fish tanks, 3 chinchillas and a cat, I pride myself on taking the absolute best care of all animals! I have tons of practice giving medication to all sizes of dogs(biggest I’ve given meds to was an Irish wolf hound), as well as kittens and adult cats and for a year straight my chinchilla required syringe feeding and medication. I currently work full time at a bike shop Tuesday - Saturday. I am available Saturday evenings, Sundays, and Mondays. I can also do pretty early mornings on most weekdays. I have a reliable car to transport your pet if needed and no issues with hair! I walk dogs consistently for my local animal shelter in Cedar City and love taking them on leisure walks or even hikes if that's something your dog enjoys! I'm down for anything and just want to make your dog happy and comfortable!
About: I have taken care of cats, dogs, and many other small pets since since 10 years old. I also currently pet sit for my sister's dog and cat regularly. I have always loved animals and put lots of effort into giving them the best care possible. I am very responsible and great at independent work. I will make sure your pets are taken care of well every time! I am currently a full-time student. I usually have the most time in the afternoons/evenings for walking or check-ins. I’m also available all day on Saturdays and Sundays. I am not able to care for pets in my own home, as I already have two cats that don't do well with other animals. However, I have a reliable car and driver's license, so I am willing to travel anywhere to take care of your pets. “Grecia was amazing and clearly had much experience with dog behavior. My girl is a bit overreactive with strangers and Grecia immediately assessed this and knew how to handle the situation effectively calming my dog and building up her initial trust. I explained that she also has some reactivity issues with new dogs until she warms up to them which she noted and apparently worked on because she was able to get my dog to walk along with hers. I even noticed that my Mei Mei was not going crazy when confronted with a pair of loose dogs at the park on my first walk back with her. Lastly, she was able to take this booking last minute as I had unplanned lengthy work hours for a couple of days and so that in of it self was so much help. I very much appreciate her ability to work with me and the awesome experience she gave. Thank you!”
About: Hi there! For as long as I can remember I’ve always been in love with dogs. I’ve recently moved back to Utah and bought my first home! It gets lonely at times, but I am not in a space financially for a dog just yet, which means I would love the opportunity to take care of yours! I live on my own, no roommates, no kids, and no other pets, so you can look forward to a focused and attentive visit! I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family for a long time and have loved every minute of it. Most of my experience is with medium to large dogs, but I am also good with small dogs. I’ve worked with chill dogs, but also very aggressive dogs, so I’ve pretty much seen it all. I can’t wait to have a dog in the house! I currently work from 7:30-4:30 during the weekdays, but it’s only a 10 minute drive from my house so when I have a dog over I will take my lunch break at 12:00 and come home to play with the dog and let them out and make sure that everything is okay! This might not work with smaller or younger dogs, but my job is pretty chill so if they need the extra attention, reach out and I will try and work it out if possible. I don’t work weekends and am a homebody to a fault, so most of my weekends are spent at home hanging out. You can also expect nightly walks once the temperature outside has cooled down. I have a fully fenced yard and live right next to a park that hardly ever has people! I live in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and have never had any problems with any of the neighbors!
