I have Mondays available from 11-3 to snuggle, walk and play with your fur babies. If I am making a home visit, I will spend 40-60 minutes with your beloved pet. Making sure water is topped off, and feed if need, while giving your pet undivided attention in your absence. I keep our daily routine flexible based on the needs of the pups staying with me. Energetic and ready to go? There will be plenty of walks, outdoor time, play, and opportunities to burn off that energy. More of a couch potato? Laid-back days, cozy naps, and couch snuggles are some of my favorite pastimes! Because I intentionally keep the number of dogs in my care exclusive, I'm able to get to know each pup's personality and make sure they get the right balance of activity, attention, play, and downtime. Not every dog wants to do the same thing, and that's perfectly okay. I work part-time outside the home Monday through Friday and am typically away for about 4–6 hours during the day. Before I leave, pups get plenty of time for breakfast, attention, and a potty break, and once I'm home, we're right back to our normal routine of outdoor time, play, lounging, and lots of attention. To work around my weekday schedule, Monday through Friday drop-offs and pick-ups are available before 9:30 AM or after 4:30 PM. Weekend drop-off and pick-up times are more flexible and can be arranged individually. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my priority. There are no resident pets or young children in the home, which helps create a quieter, lower-stress environment for dogs who prefer a little more peace and consistency. My family are all dog people, so pups are always surrounded by people who genuinely love and enjoy them. We have a fenced patio/run where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time, stretch their legs, and take easy potty breaks throughout the day. I also have a secure lead setup in the front yard where dogs who enjoy the outdoors can safely relax, sunbathe on the outdoor bed, sniff around, and enjoy some fresh air while supervised. We’re also surrounded by some of Daybreak’s best dog-friendly parks, walking trails, and green space, including areas near the lake, which means lots of safe, leashed walks, fresh air, sniffing, and enrichment. For their safety and comfort while I’m away from home, boarding dogs must be kennel-trained and comfortable spending a few hours relaxing in their kennel. I have kennels available for small and medium-sized dogs. If your pup requires a kennel larger than medium, please plan to bring an appropriately sized kennel for their stay. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I require a meet & greet for all new clients to make sure we are a great fit before booking.

I plan to use them when we go on a Europe trip later this year. While I do think there could be a bit better communication I also recognize that M.K has a life too and I think that a lot of these reviews fail to see M.K. as a human just as we her clients are. So ultimately I don’t see any negatives to having my boy, Sprout, stay with them. I really cannot say enough high praises about M.K and their partner. Sprout is always super excited to see them! He always comes home well socialized and exercised. I know he is getting plenty of enrichment and love while there, and so so much fun! I love the photos I get everytime he’s with them, especially when he’s boarded there while we are out of town missing him! The daily photos really gives us assurance. I’ve tried other dog day cares before and sprout always came back filthy and TOO exhausted, it was worrisome. He’d come back with wounds as well. I never have to worry about any of that with M.K. They are able to help my boy pace himself and take rests when he needs them. I really feel that the negative reviews are harsh. I cannot recommend M.K. Enough and I am incredibly grateful we have found them! We and Sprout will definitely be a life client!”

“Logan was friendly, and it was a real plus that he's home full-time and able to give Theo (an anxious dog who can't be left alone) company rather than leaving him solo. His yard is sizable and fenced, which mattered given that his home sits directly off a busy main road. One thing I'd recommend: ask upfront how often you'd like pup updates. This was my first time with Logan, and I prefer proactive updates, so my lesson learned for next time is to communicate that expectation before the stay starts. To his credit, Logan was responsive whenever I reached out. Logan also let me know he doesn't walk dogs due to the busy road in front of his home, which seemed different from what the profile implied about a nearby trail. Theo came back noticeably dustier and very thirsty than usual, and given his Addison's disease along with all the above, I decided it wasn't the right fit to move from a day care session into a 5 night stay. Overall a kind sitter, but I'd suggest a test day care visit first to see the space and get a feel for the care before committing to a longer stay.”

I manage a small business with my husband and have a very flexible schedule. I have lots of time to play with your pups. I am available all week for boarding I have 2 fur babies that love to play. My yard is fully fenced with 6 ft vinyl and I have a separate fenced area in case your fur baby wants a little privacy. I can easily crate any of the pups if needed. I work from home so I am available to take care whatever needs your pet may have. My husband also helps with the care of the dogs with us. Our yard is fully fenced and separated by a 6 ft chain link section. If your dog wants company but isn't comfortable mingling we can offer them a chance to see the other dogs but still feel safe. We use kennels to separate at feeding time and supervise playtimes.

For boarding, your pet will still have company while I’m at work. My husband is home during my evening shifts, so our home is rarely empty. About: Dogs have been apart of my life since I was a kid. Experienced in dog sitting, walking & senior care. Also passionate about giving dogs cuddles & love ❤️ I’m currently a stay at-home mom. My husband also works from home so it gives me the flexibility to do pet care and take care of animals at any time. I have a gated secure fence in our spacious backyard with lots shade and a big tree. I also have a finished basement that can accommodate smaller to average sized dogs . About: My grandparents owned a petshop, and my parents worked together in that petshop. A love for animals runs in my blood! I grew up with dogs as small as Chihuahuas and as big as Rottweilers, and love them both! I would love to meet and care for your fur babies! I work full time, however, I am free in the mornings! Which is the best time to walk doggos anyways, as to avoid burning paws! I'm also available on weekends! I will work with you as needed-you know your dog best- and give your dog the best time ever! I can walk, play ball, and provide treats/food/water as needed.

About: I currently work at a boarding and daycare facility and have the skills needed to be able to comfortably care for your fur baby! x I have a good balance of days off with availability most mornings,( midday depending on weather as well)and evenings! other days and times can be scheduled around my other working times! I care for pets the way i’d want my own to be treated. I make sure their necessities are met along with comfort and all the love possible!
About: When people think of me, they think of animals. I have a genuine love for dogs. I have worked in a dog bakery, baking your babies special treats and can do the same per request while watching them. I have had all ages of dogs from puppy to geriatric and will give each one the care they need for the stage of life they’re in. I currently am home full time with my 2 small Boston terriers. There’s a fenced back yard to play in, a doggy pool and countless toys. I have a fenced yard for your pups to run around in or relax in. They can also stay inside if the weather isn’t great that day.

About: *I currently have a 4 year old, neutered male, Border Collie mix* (If booking for 4 days or more, I prefer to bring him with me. If it's less than 4 days I can work with leaving him at home.) I've had dogs in my life since I was about 8 years old. My mom bred our dogs and I would help her. I helped to birth the puppies, feed and wash them, weigh them and track their progress, train and care for them. Since I was 18 I've adopted six dogs. One of them was deaf and blind when I adopted her. I've never been the first home for any of my doggos but I've been the best/most loving final home for all of them. I work part time and have plenty of time to spend with animals. I usually take my dog out for a stretch/potty every couple of hours and we walk at least once a day. I'm constantly looking for new parks and fun places to play. I have a three year old Border Collie mix that gets along well with other dogs and cats. The yard is fenced but there's no doggy door. I have some crates of various sizes if needed. The fur babies are allowed on the bed and all of the furniture at my house. I frequently pet/house sit for a Pitbull mix and she's one of my dogs besties. She has medication and a special diet. I've also frequently had my dad's dogs visit. So my dog is used to both having separate food and sharing in a communal pack. Whenever we pet/house sit we follow their house rules (i.e. - no dogs on the furniture or in the kitchen, etc). I'm trusted with keys to multiple homes and never stop by unless asked to.
About: I have been with and around every dog type since I could remember. I am not fearful around big dogs, my dog is a big lovable goof. I have been through an extensive training course with my dog so I can help keep training with yours. My schedule is currently pretty open so as long as I have a few days of notice I can help with your needs. Whether it’s just a walk or need an over night stay. In my hime I have a fence and a kennel that help keep my dog safe. In others homes I will accommodate whatever their situation. So if they have a kennel and want to keep their skills I will use it. If they don’t have a fence the dog with be on a leash. The dogs safety is the most important.
About: I have owned dogs (and other pets) for pretty much all of my life. I also volunteer at the local shelter and so I have interacted with all breeds/types of dogs. I am happy to accommodate for any unique needs that your pet has, and will offer a fun and loving environment that will give you peace of mind while you are away. I recently graduated from PA school and am in the process of finding my long-term job. While I wait I have a lot of availability for pet sitting! I care for every pet as if they were my own while following their owner’s instructions and routine. I prioritize safety by keeping pets supervised and making sure doors, gates, and their environment are secure. I provide plenty of attention, exercise, fresh water; and care while keeping their schedule as consistent as possible.
