Sometimes I feel they need more care and love than it might seem; they get stressed and often develop bad habits because of it, so I focus on ensuring they aren't stressed during their walks. playtime (they need to burn off energy) and walk time (they need to explore and use their sense of smell), Make sure they are well-hydrated, since walks involve peeing, which results in water loss. After losing our first born 'child,' a pit bull mix named Bella, I was finally able to adopt again in May 2019. Shelby is a blue heeler mix, and she loves playing with other dogs.
