About: We have raised 3 different dogs together. Two of those furr babies required medical care and special diets, so we are always very attentive and careful with all pets needs! We recently lost our precious boy River, due to his liver disease and we miss his presence tremendously. So having other pets over truly helps keep us going and having a boost of morale. With that being said, we will give your pet 100% of our attention at all times. You can trust your pet will be supervised and cared for all day. At least one of us is always home to supervise when we are dog sitting so your pet is never alone. We have a small dog park at our complex for some outdoor fun time, and can provide daily walks as well to ensure they get more exercise! About: Since I was a young girl, I have always been fascinated by animals—particularly dogs. I begged my parents to get me my first pet—Jasper, a rescued Labrador retriever—at age 7. Taking care of Jasper was my main focus as well the odd assortment of fish and hamsters we had. When Jasper passed, and I graduated high school, my next door neighbor had a litter of golden retriever puppies. I was ready to have another animal, and that’s when Kensie came into my life. Kensie was my soul dog, and she passed away two years ago. We did everything together—going to dog parks around town, Zilker park, and even red bud (before the algae), and going to dog-friendly establishments in Austin. She was my best friend. Unfortunately, her last few months on earth were extremely challenging. I was up with her three to four times a night (sometimes more), administering multiple medications, and helping her stand/walk. When the time came to say goodbye, I could barely make the decision to let her go. I miss her so much, but because of my current living situation, don’t have the opportunity to get another dog. That’s where Rover comes in. I love animals, and am extremely responsible when it comes to taking care of someone’s pet. This will give me my ‘fix’ and also be a productive side hustle for me. It will be an honor to walk//watch your pet. I will give the very care and concern I gave my own pets. Not only have I had my own pets, but I have experience with a variety of breeds—including catahoulas and boxers. As mentioned above, I have extensive experience working with senior dogs and administering medication. I’m currently in a transition phase in my life, and am looking for something productive and rewarding. I have pretty much limitless availability to cater to whatever your dog may need. At the moment, I can’t accept any dogs into my home, but if given the opportunity to stay at a client’s house, I would follow all instructions given while simultaneously respecting the space and showering your dog with love and attention.

When I’m house sitting I try to stay as close to the owners schedule as possible. I like to have an info sheet on when and what your pup eats, what time they go out for a walk or to play, whether they sleep on your bed or in a special bed for them, favorite toys or games they play with you. I try to fill their day with activities….munching Nyla bones, playing in a baby pool, PB Kong treats, playing ball outside, going on walks, watching Beverly Hills Chihuahua, rubdowns and grooming.The same activities apply to drop in visits . When I’m walking them , they have a leash or harness on , I’m weary of other dogs or animals in the neighborhood, I reinforce your special commands while walking, bring a water bottle for them, and bring treats . I am always watchful for any situation that would possibly be harmful.
About: I have owned 3 dogs over the past 20 years. I have watched, walked, and cared for the dogs, cats, birds, turtles, and reptiles. I have trained my own pets and I’m very comfortable meeting new animals. About: I grew up with a black lab & am proudly a dog Auntie to 2 labradoodles. While I don’t currently have dogs of my own, I am no stranger to them, and enjoy their companionship! About: I started fostering dogs with different rescue organizations 22 years ago. I have taken care of all different breeds, sizes, and behaviors. I have a passion for animals and seeing that their needs are met. I am a teacher so I am off daily by 4:30 pm and home on the weekends. I am also off all summer and spend most of my time at home. I have a nice sized fenced back yard with a doggy door for pets to come and go as they want. I also enjoy taking dogs on walks around my neighborhood.
About: I've had pets for about 7 years - raised two Huskies from puppies, and after moving out on my own I started taking care of cats. I currently have three cats at home. Friends and family have counted on me to feed, walk, and look after their pets when they're away. I'm comfortable handling both small and large dogs, and I know bigger breeds like Huskies need a lot more exercise and stimulation than most. With cats, I deal with them every single day, so I know when they're just being moody and when something's actually wrong. My schedule is very flexible - I'm taking online classes this summer, but they're all self-paced with no set class times, so I can work around any pet care needs throughout the day. I'm available on weekdays and weekends, and I can easily adjust to fit your pet's routine! For drop-in visits and dog walking, I always make sure to follow the owner's instructions and keep the pet's normal routine as close as possible. I double-check doors, gates, and leashes before anything else - especially with bigger dogs. I grew up with two Huskies, so I know how important it is to keep large, energetic dogs secure and properly managed. About: I’ve lived on a ranch all my life so I have tons of experience with animals. My dad trained horses and dogs, I’ve grown up watching him. When I’m sad my dog brings me joy. Animals have never let me down. As of right now I have no job this summer but I did apply to be a day care worker from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday. I live on a ranch. One of my dogs live inside and the rest of my animals are all ranch animals. I have tons of different fencing options around my house.
