“I am so happy to have met Jackie and Todd. They love dogs. We left our doggy several times and she is so happy there with them. They have a great space for play time, they take the time to send photos, they gave feedback about care, and you can feel the genuine interest in the wellbeing of all the doggies they take care of. They are our friends now!”

“Andrea was wonderful and Quigley was right at home quickly. Andrea checked in occasionally to reassure us our pup was all good but I knew he was in great hands and didn’t have to worry about him!”

“Jamelah was patient with us and our Belgium Sheppard. This was our first time using Rover with this pet. By the time we returned, she had our guard dog playing with her pet. We were thrilled. I appreciate her flexibility with each pet. She didnt require a crate, and allowed our dog to sleep on a rug by the bed. Exactly like she sleeps at home. We received pics and she responded right away to needy dog parents :). We will aways use Jamelah if she is available.”

“Thank you so much for hosting our little Duke this weekend! Great service, we were greeted kindly at drop off. The updates keep my family with peace of mind while we were away from our fur baby! Would definitely recommend Hotel for Dogs!”

“Jessica was amazing! It was our first time using a dog sitter and we were skeptical, she checked in with us on how our puppy was doing. Our puppy seemed to have a great time!”

“Our first time boarding with Dustin, and it was great! They’re super attentive to your dog’s needs and very hands on with care. Dustin really treats your dog like his own! Couldn’t have asked for a better Rover experience”

“Jeannette is fantastic! She is incredibly kind and patient with Ace. Her dog Theo is a sweetheart and Ace loves playing with him! Ace always comes back home very happy. It is very evident he is loved and taken care of!”

“5 stars. Responded very quick, very nice and attentive, took amazing care of my 8month old puppy and my 10 year old lab they had a back yard to play in and bone marrow for lunch and he sent me multiple videos. 10/10 would recommend to anyone”

“Celeste was very friendly and responsive when wanting an update on how Coco was doing. She was very thorough with questions about Coco's eating schedule, walking habits, and the little details on how she acts. She took her on walks plenty of walks. Also, can't thank her enough, she allowed me to extend Coco stay for an extra day due to my brother wanting to stay out of town longer.”

“I am new to having my Schnauzer borded, so I was a little apprehensive about the process. After talking to Sarah just a few minutes, she made me very comfortable and the first stay was absolutely perfect for my pup. On the second stay there was a misunderstanding on my part I filled the time to watch him wrong. When I went to drop him off and discuss the visit is when we discovered the discrepancy. I thought I was leaving him for a day and a half. But I had filled out the form just for about 8 hours. Sarah and her family had plans, and now I was in a bind because I had to spend the night in Austin. Sarah stepped up and agreed to watch him for me! I was so grateful, especially because of the reason I had to be in Austin for personal reasons. she is so caring and aware of my situation and saved the day. She also treats my pup like her own, you can tell she cares. Each time he has come home, you can tell he was well treated. She sends pictures and text through out stay keeping me updated on how he is doing. I would recommend Sarah for anyone who needs their pup well taken care of!”

“Lacey is great at communicating w owners about pets and the stay. My dogs had a great time, and loved the pictures Lacey sent me while I was away. Will always book w Lacey !”

“Amazing sitter, My Zoey is very needy. Her and her family welcomed my baby with open arms. I received beautiful pictures daily and of her walks. Made my vacation so much easier to enjoy. Will certainly use her again.”

“We had the best experience with Paulette! She sent regular photos and updates, bought our dog a cute bandana and even gave us a thank you gift with a handwritten thank you note. Can't recommend enough.”
About: As a former veterinary clinic employee, I've developed a deep understanding of canine behavior, health, and well-being. My extensive knowledge allows me to provide personalized care tailored to your pet's unique needs. With my three lovable dogs of my own, I'm a seasoned "fur parent" who understands the importance of creating a loving, safe, and stimulating environment. My home dog park, where dogs can socialize, exercise, and play off-leash, is a unique feature that sets me apart from other sitters. Here, your furry friend will enjoy the freedom of playing with friends while you're away, knowing they're in good hands. My passion for dogs, combined with my professional experience and facilities, make me the perfect sitter for your beloved companion. I understand the importance of flexibility and reliability when it comes to pet care. My schedule allows me to accommodate a range of pet care needs, from daily visits to overnight or multi-day stays. I can visit your furry friend during the day, ensuring they receive the attention, exercise, and companionship they need while also providing peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. We are a family-based boarding home, so your pet will receive plenty of love and attention throughout their stay. My husband works from home, which allows for extra supervision and care during the day, and my daughter also has experience with pet care and pet sitting. Together, we create a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for every pet in our care. Whether you’re away for a few hours, a full day, or several days, I’ll make sure your pet receives the care, comfort, and companionship they deserve. My flexible schedule allows me to adjust to your unique needs so you can feel confident that your pet will be well cared for like part of the family. Welcome to my home, where your furry friend will receive the ultimate pampering experience! You're welcome to bring their own bed to sleep in, or they can choose from one of my beds. But it's not just about sleeping - my in-home dog park is the real showstopper! This spacious yard is designed for pets to run wild, play fetch, and make new friends. And for those who love water, they can splash around in my inground pool. The yard is fully fenced and secure, so you can rest assured that your pet will be safe and happy. My home is a haven for pets, and I'm confident that they'll feel right at home.
“Britney watched my 2 schnauzer puppies for 5 days. She offered a meet and greet beforehand which was a kind gesture. My puppies were not yet completely potty trained so I knew they would be a handful. I was a little nervous but she reassured me that they would be fine. She communicated with me daily. Ioriginally booked a late pickup but Our flight was late so I wasn't able to pick that evening. Britney kindly agreed to pick up the next morning. I won't hesitate to use her again.”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet sitter who is new to Rover but not new to caring for dogs. I work from home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. I also have experience administering medications and am comfortable following detailed feeding, medication, and care routines. My husband and I live on a farm with our 4-year-old female Standard Poodle, Maggie. She is friendly, well trained, and enjoys having other dogs around. Although our yard is not fenced, all dogs are closely supervised outdoors and taken on multiple leashed walks each day. Our property offers plenty of space for safe walks, exploring, and sniffing. I recently completed my PhD at Baylor University and bring responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability to everything I do. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I will treat your dog like part of our family while keeping you updated throughout their stay. I have cared for pets for friends, family, and others since high school, with more regular pet-sitting experience in recent years. Please note that dogs staying in our home must be comfortable using stairs. I work from home most days, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am available throughout the day for regular potty breaks, companionship, feeding, medication, and plenty of attention. I already follow a consistent routine with my Standard Poodle, Maggie, including multiple leashed walks each day. Because we live on a farm, visiting dogs also have plenty of opportunities to walk, explore, and sniff while remaining safely supervised. I live in a cozy studio apartment above the garage on our farm, so the indoor space is modest, but dogs have plenty of opportunities for supervised outdoor time, walks, and exploring around the property. I follow each pet’s usual feeding, walking, medication, and sleep routine as closely as possible. I also provide regular photos and updates so you can feel confident your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
About: I have always had a special place in my heart for animals. It is our responsibility as humans to take the best care of them. Every dog is special and deserves to be attended to appropriately. I am a Waco local and student at MCC studying to become a teacher. I’m currently working part time most weekdays until 6 pm. I can take appointments starting at 6:30 which is perfect during this Texas heat. I wouldn’t mind doing later walks when the weather is cooler. I will always make sure your pet is healthy and happy! My goal is to take extraordinary care of your pet and make sure it has everything it needs

About: I don’t just pet‑sit — I love on your animals like they’re part of my own little pack. From belly rubs to long walks and cozy snuggles, your fur babies get all the care, attention, and heart they deserve. Kittens/Puppies/Elder/Special Needs Animals Morning: I start the day with your cat — breakfast, fresh water, gentle snuggles, and a little playtime to ease into the day. I check in on their mood, energy level, and any special needs so the rest of the day stays centered around them. Midday: I’m home for the most of the day, keeping your cat company, offering enrichment, supervising any outdoor time they enjoy, and maintaining their routine. If your cat is comfortable and settled, I may step out for essential errands, always making sure their needs are fully met before I leave and right when I return. Afternoon: More focused attention — play sessions, quiet companionship, grooming if they enjoy it, or simply being nearby so they feel safe and supported. Their comfort guides the pace of the day. Evening: Dinner, cozy wind‑down time, and extra affection. I stay home to ensure they feel secure, relaxed, and cared for as they settle in for the night. A day in my care is all about your cat — snuggles when they want closeness, playful moments to spark joy, supervised outdoor time for safe exploring, gentle walks or calming car rides if they enjoy them, and a routine built entirely around their needs. Whether they’re nursing, growing, aging, or require special attention, I make sure every moment feels comforting, enriching, and full of love.
About: I have dog sat my whole life or lived with dogs. I love animals, especially dogs and I want to spend more time with some! I love taking my friend’s dogs on walks or just playing with them! I am willing to walk, play, bathe, feed, and cuddle your dog! I am free in the morning and evenings. Free most weekends! I work 8-5 but flexible to leave during the day if needed! I don’t mind staying with your dogs. In a clients home I don’t mind driving or picking the pets up! I am willing to stay at your home or just check in/ feed/ walk when needed.

About: CPR Certified. I have worked with dogs for 15+ years. I am currently a professional canine behaviorist and trainer. I have been training for 4 years after attending Starmark Academy. I have worked in boarding/daycare facilities for 15 years. Luxury and plenty of attention is my specialty! I tried my hand at grooming but it wasn't my favorite. I do have different brushes for different coats so I am able to brush your pup. Hygiene is important! I have worked with hundreds of breeds of dogs along with special needs, seniors, and playful puppies as well. My days are nothing but dogs! I am home all the time. I wake up, let my dogs out, feed them, let them out again and then make sure they rest till their food digests. Then we have a 30-45 minute training session including play. They come inside and rest some more. I make pupsicles and let my dogs lick the spoon. We play some more. If there are no other dogs boarding with me, I love to take my dogs to the park, lake, or pet friendly store. It makes for excellent training, mental, and physical stimulation. We come home rest, eat, and the last few hours of the night they get their pupsicles and we go to bed. I have a fenced in backyard. If your dog can jump a 6 ft fence, I also have a 30ft and a 50ft long line to keep them on during outside time. This way they can still run around. I have 2 dogs myself and if your pup gets along with them they can play with 100% supervision from me, a certified professional trainer and behaviorist. If your dog isn't dog friendly, no problem! I do rotations with the dogs and if needed, will be walked through my house with a leash. Even if they are friendly, your dog still gets one on one time with me and time to take a break from my dogs. Your dog will always have a safe space, this is why I do require them to be kenneled in my house when I am gone or it's bedtime. It's their "bedroom," their space to decompress, and safety always comes first. For my senior dogs or dogs going through medical treatment, I do have a larger pen they can stay in if I have to leave the house to get groceries or do a private training session. I feed all dogs separately in their safe space and none of the dogs are allowed in each other's space. If you have two dogs, I do require them to be kenneled separately. They can be side by side but they must have their own kennel/crate.

About: I’ve been a proud member of the cat distribution system for over half my life. I’ve had cats for as long as I can remember and genuinely cannot imagine life without them. Over the years, I’ve cared for cats of all ages and personalities- from energetic kittens to sleepy seniors, from the solitary ‘love me from a distance’ cats to those who believe personal space is a myth. I’ve also raised rescue kittens from just two weeks old, which included bottle feedings, monitoring weight, and gradually introducing them to food and water as they grew. Alongside caring for my own cats, I’ve spent years pet sitting for others through check-ins and overnight stays. I’m comfortable administering medications, maintaining routines, cleaning litter boxes, monitoring behavior changes, and making sure cats feel calm, safe, and cared while they wait for their people to return home. My cats are like my children, and when I’m away, I want to know they’re being loved and cared for- my promise is to treat your cats with that same level of attentiveness, patience, and affection. I fully understand that every cat is different- some social butterflies want playtime and snuggles, while other sleepy, shy little guys prefer slow blinks and quiet company. And of course, almost every cat has their chaotic, quirky moments when the zoomies hit at full speed. The variety of feline personalities and the unique social bonds they form is something I’ve always deeply loved, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each cat for who they are. I’m excited to meet your family feline!
“Kim was amazing. I had no worries about my cats at all knowing that they were in such great hands. So easy to communicate with, and she updated me daily with a photo and a report. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy sitter, look no further. I will definitely be using Kim again in the future!”

My goal is to give your feline friend the attention and care they need so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

I take my corgi along just about everywhere I go when I can and has been quite a few places across Texas for Livestock Shows and visiting family. I work full-time during the weekdays until about 4. I am out of town some-weekends and some weekends I am in town. I do this for a small, part-time gig. Currently my dogs stay outside in the backyard when I’m away at work. They are kennel trained for when they need to be. Otherwise they are usually inside with us. I frequently get them out and about to either to the dog park or to different stores for socialization and training

About: I have cared for pets and people for many years. I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits & chickens, and I dream of someday having my own homestead. I have years of experience as a care taker for children & the elderly, but if I'm being honest I much prefer the company of pets over people! I've fostered feral cats and rescued runaway dogs. There is something so pure about the love of an animal. I have a daughter (3 years old now) who loves animals so much and gets so excited every time she gets to meet a doggie or kitty, so she truly loves coming along with me for these jobs! My schedule is very flexible at this time: I'm available for daytime visits and overnight care to spend time with and love on your fur-babies! 😻 I have a great deal of respect when visiting others homes. I always take special care to leave it cleaner than I found it and tidy up any messes as needed. A clean home is a happy home! Bedding in the crate needs to be laundered or litter box needs to be cleaned out? No problem! I can also water plants, take in the mail, put trash cans out, pickup packages from the porch, load the dishwasher or whatever may be needed! I want to be of service to you and your pet as much as I can during my time in your home. References available upon request.

About: Hello! My name is Yazmin and I’ve loved all 4-legged creatures since I could walk on my own two. Ever since I was little I have been surrounded by animals. From horses and goats on grandma’s farm to parakeets and dogs in my own backyard. I currently have 2 furry friends, one siberian husky who loves a dramatic flare and one yorkshire terrier who, although smaller, is just as mischevious. These pooches are family so I can only make sure that they are well taken care of when I’m gone, which is what all fur parents want, expect and deserve. I hope to provide that same love and care for your own furry friends. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes but am currently limited to only caring for dogs that are 20 lbs max. I have experience with puppies as well so no pup left behind! Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you and I hope you and your pooches have a paw-some day! 🐾 Although I work full time, I dedicate as much time as I can to my own pups and you can expect for me to do the same with yours. However, I am available full time for boarding most holidays and summers so your furry friends can be taken care of no matter the event. I live in a large home with lots of yard space to walk your pup! I have two dogs, one outdoor who has his own fenced in area and one indoor who has just as much love as I to give. If need be, I can accommodate the indoor space so that your pooch may remain separate from my indoor dog. Your dog deserves to feel welcome, safe and protected so please feel free to express any concerns you may have. Crate and bed must be provided but fear not, more than enough space is available to accommodate your pup!

About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets when leaving home. I have also had many different types of pets in my life time including chameleons, ferrets, and raccoons. I have trained many puppies and taken care of a few senior dogs. I currently have a 9lb dachshund named Winnie. I am a graduated nursing student who is leaving Corpus Christi on May 30th, but would love to make some friends in the meantime. When sitting, I will commit all of my time into your pet and will move any part of my schedule around them. I will gladly take them for walks in the park ans many times as they want and around my house, I don’t mind bathing or grooming if needed, and I have also trained many dogs in my lifetime. If this is not what you are looking for, I would also love to just lay around and hang out with them.
About: I’ve been pet sitting for a couple of years and have experience caring for dogs of all ages and personalities. I’m comfortable with puppies as well as senior dogs who may be hard of hearing or losing their sight, and I always make sure they feel safe and comfortable. During visits I can provide feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of attention. I aim to follow each pet’s routine closely so they feel relaxed while their owners are away. My goal is to provide dependable, caring service so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. I am a fairly new stay at home mom so I have plenty of time on my hands to take care of your pets! I schedule feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and attention around my baby’s naps and feeding times, so your pets always feel safe, loved, and happy. I plan longer walks or extra play sessions during calm times, making sure both pets and family stay comfortable and cared-for throughout the week. While caring for your pets in your home, I follow the routines and instructions provided by you to ensure consistency and comfort. This includes feeding, providing fresh water, letting dogs outside for potty breaks, cleaning litter boxes, offering playtime or walks, and giving lots of attention and reassurance. I make sure your home remains safe and secure, and I always respect your space and belongings. My goal is to provide a calm, reliable, and loving presence so pets feel happy, safe, and well-cared-for while their owners are away.

Cats for starters, by cleaning the litter box at least twice a day, feeding them 2 times a day and playing with them endlessly for hours!! Dogs, by making sure they’re safe and comfortable, making sure the water bowl is filled and the food is given at the required times, and again loving them endlessly!!

I am willing to walk, play, bathe, feed, and cuddle your dog! I am free in the morning and evenings. Free most weekends! I work 8-5 but flexible to leave during the day if needed!
“Dena did a great job with my Pepper! I live 3.4 miles from her and Pepper fell asleep on the way home. She sent me a couple pics and updates and she only had her for the day! Will definitely use her again!”

“Sweet and enthusiastic sitter. Whole family loves dogs. They take great care of our girls. Luna and Nova had lots of fetch and snuggles. I was able to relax on our trip because I knew my dogs were taken care of.”

Dogs in my care enjoy a safe, comfortable, home-like environment where they can relax, play, and feel like part of the family. I provide regular photo updates, check-in calls, and FaceTime when requested, so you can see your dog, stay connected, and feel confident they’re being well cared for while you’re away. My goal is simple: treat your dog like family and give you the peace of mind that they’re in good hands. As a retired Army veteran who works from home, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I have the flexibility to give pets consistent attention throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. My routine includes regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, training, and plenty of companionship. I also make time to monitor each dog’s behavior and comfort level, especially with puppies, seniors, and dogs with specific routines or needs. Because I work from home, I’m able to provide a calm, home-like environment with frequent supervision and individualized care. I treat every dog in my home like family and make their safety, comfort, and happiness a priority. Safety, trust, and comfort are my top priorities.
