“We have never had a dog walker before, but with some life changes, there are long days. I had heard of rover and decided to check it out. Our need was short notice… the next day. I reached out to a few people and Justin was the first to respond. Eager, pleasant and incredibly easy to communicate with. It can be an uncomfortable thought having a stranger go into your home. I never felt worried with Justin. He just has a way that makes you feel at ease. The first visit, I knew he had this job for a reason. When I saw the first pictures, it was clear he had fantastic instincts and a way with dogs. We have booked him at a minimum weekly since and it has been the best experience.
