She had a full house of dogs when we got there drop-off day so it was a bit chaotic and one of our pups was very nervous about it, but seemed happy when we came to get her. About: I have years of experience with rescue dogs in various states of health. All of my dogs have been rescues from a senior who just needed a home for her last months (which turned into two wonderful years) to puppies born in a shelter and everything in between. I love the puppy cuddles but have a firm guiding personality which dogs seem to respect. I have my own two dogs - a senior I rescued at 3 month old who has been all over the country and even to Guam with me and a new rescue puppy. We do walk on the morning, in the afternoon, and the evening plus they have full access to the backyard anytime they need it through the dog door. My 5 year old loves playing with the dogs throughout the day as well. I stay at home with my children so the dogs always have someone with them unless I need to run a quick errand. I have a fenced yard and two well behaved (the puppy is learning) friendly puppies. My dogs are kennel trained and my senior dog prefers laying in hers unless treats are being handed out. The puppy gallops around like the kids and enjoys fetch. I would treat your dogs like my own with any special requests honored.

About: I've helped care for animals for the past 15 years. In the past I have volunteered animal shelters caring for animals and absolutely loved it. I'm currently not working and will have plenty of time to care for your pups! Anytime I am not available, my husband may be able to help fill in. Just get with us to verify scheduling! “Super caring and attentive pet sitter. I took my puppy to her three days a week so I could go to work. I could not stand thinking about leaving him at home alone when he was only eight weeks old. Elisa took him outside every couple of hours. She made sure he was loved and comfortable and did not have to cry it out. He is now 10 weeks old and strong enough to be on his own at home when I go to work but my doggie became good friends with her doggy and enjoys playing with other little doggies that come in for doggy daycare. About: Yup, I was that kid who dressed her puppy in doll clothes, I promise not to do that unless you want me to. Happy Tails I’m flexible with my hours. I'm that person who brings home every stray. So….My husband wants us to have less animals so this way I have time to love on yours. I have a fence for dogs to play and do there business. About: I've been working with animals for the past 5 Years! I started as a dog daycare attendant for a year where I learned how to read dog body language and behavior as well as how to handle emergency situations with dogs. I then became a full time pet sitter on my own and would watch all kinds of animals from household reptiles, small animals, cat, and of course dogs! After 1 year of this I switched to part time sitter to become a full time dog trainer! I trained for a year before becoming a manager at a pet hotel. I love my job to this day and still care for dogs and cats at my current job! I'm currently a stay at home mom for my babies so I am always home a ready to provide care! I usually (as weather permits of course) take a morning walk between 8-10am with my dog and my boarding friends, hang out around the house and backyard until our evening walk before bed around 8-10pm after the sun is down! I am constantly boarding dogs in my home so I do have extra crates if needed otherwise I only have 1 dog of my own who is a St. Bernard and is pretty lazy so he will be there to keep my boarding dogs company but also knows to nap if the other dogs need a break from playing. When I go to clients homes I always find a way to occupy my time with my clients and keep my attention on those animals!

ABOUT ME: A have a lifetime of pet care experience. I grew up with cats and dogs and have had both as an adult (so that is a lot of pet years. 174 in dog years, I think). I have had two different seniors with special needs (one is with me currently). I love them all! My pets are members of my family and I treat them as such. I will do the same for yours. I am comfortable with all sizes, ages, special needs, med administration, etc. Kitty will get love too! If I am house sitting or doing drop in visits while you are away, I can also take care of trash/recycling day, plants, mail. Just ask! Part of the reason we moved was so I could rescue animals. So far, just in Texas, we have rescued 120 dogs, cats, cows, and goats. 30 of the dogs and cats have gone on to be adopted in the Pacific NW and are loving their new lives. 😍 I can accommodate preparing/feeding their special diets if you have them on one (raw food, homemade dog food, etc). Any other questions? Please just ask! Leaving your pets can be hard. My goal is to make that easier for you! I also have a farm sanctuary and we have rescued dogs, cats, cows, goats, hens, guinea pigs, and rabbits. My hours are flexible and animals are my whole life! I am not currently taking animals in my home as I am full with fosters! At your home, I will spend time playing and/or walking on visits depending on client wishes when visiting their home for check-ins or dog walking. I am able to handle all size dogs and multiple dogs. Before earning my BA in Psychology, I studied animal science at TTU for two years in hopes to become a veterinarian.
