“This was our first time using Rover, and it was so great that we found someone as wonderful as Tia! She’s super responsive with emails while we were emailing each other. I emailed her to see if we could schedule a meet and greet before we booked with her. Her dog Maverick is such a chill boy. He’s very used to being around lots of dogs. We booked Tia for our recent vacation and it was so easy. We got texts all the time from Tia with pictures of our dogs. It seems like we were replaced so easily. They loved her! When the time came to pick up our dogs, she was great with communicating with us so that we could work out a good time to pick up the dogs. When we went to pick our dogs up at her house, they didn’t even come to greet us. They just stayed sleeping in her bed. It was THAT comfortable. We had to go get them.
