I was raised around German Shepherds, but these days I share my home with a medium-haired cat named Tofu and a belgian malinois named Safi. I’ve spent a lot of time caring for animals, both at home and professionally as I used to be a veterinary technician for four years. We had a family emergency that required short notice travel that coincided with Thanksgiving week, and we are brand new to Austin. Enter Norman. We picked him because he has been verified and had good reviews. I am looking for small gigs like taking care of furry friends because pets are my life, as I'm sure they are yours too! Most of my professional and personal experiences with pets have been with dogs and cats, to include feedings, scheduled walks and playtimes, administering medications, bathing, nail trims, and just plain ol' cuddling. I am big on SAFETY as it is the most important thing when your pet is away from you or in someone else's care. I understand different breeds may need different types of attention, especially when factoring in age and certain health conditions. About: I am a former vet tech that still has a passion for animals. I just recently decided to stay at home with my babies, and to take care of stuff around the house. So with that being said, I am available pretty much anytime for in home boarding, drop in visits, walks, bathing, and any other services that may be needed. My house is open to having visitors stay with me. We live on 30 acres, with an acre completely fenced in. We also have a dog run area that is fenced in our homestead as well. I worked in the vet field for roughly 5 years and loved every second of it. I have 5 cats and 5 dogs. The cats have their own room, so they don’t mix with the dogs. I also have 2 young kids who absolutely adore all animals. I am able to give medications, baths, nail trims, and any other special care that may be needed. I treat all animals as if they were my own. I have toys and bones all throughout the house. There are dog beds and blankets everywhere for them to lay on. I even have blankets on the furniture for them to get up and lay on. I have a fenced in yard where they can run and play. I love animals and love to spend time with them. I do require our furry kids to be up to date on vaccines like Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. I am pretty much home all day, so I am available all day to take care of any and all animals. If I do have to leave, it is for a short time, and I make sure to let them potty before I leave and as soon as I get home. I care for pets as if they are my own. I treat them like I treat my own animals. I make sure that they have everything they need and then try to give extra. Spend extra time, give extra attention, more snuggles, etc

Two years ago we lost our 19 year old Labrador to old age. And the year before that we lost our 16 year old chow chow to old age. I will feed, water, walk and clean up after the babies. Take the time to hold/pet each one individually one on one time with me. Its a daily,weekly,nightly routine. I have to make sure my babies are looking good, feeling good. I was raised around German Shepherds, but these days I share my home with a medium-haired cat named Tofu and a belgian malinois named Safi. I’ve spent a lot of time caring for animals, both at home and professionally as I used to be a veterinary technician for four years. I’m now a stay-at-home mom, but my love for animals hasn’t changed I still love being around pets and would be so happy to help care for yours! Pet sitting is the perfect way for me to stay connected to animals while also being able to stay at home with my baby girl. Bilingual As a stay at home mom my schedule is super flexible, and I can easily accommodate you and your pet’s needs! I am available Monday through Sunday. Our home is a cozy three bedroom space, and one of the rooms is set up as a guest room with a twin bed—our cat loves to lounge there! She’s also welcome on the couches, and the same goes for any other four legged visitors. We also have a spacious, fenced backyard that’s perfect for playtime or lounging in the sun. If it’s more convenient for me to come to your home, I’m happy to make that work as long as you’re okay with me bringing my baby along if needed and your pets are gentle and comfortable around little ones.
