“Wow, what can I say about Lynn (as she likes to be called) and her husband Ken! We couldn't have asked for better care for our little one, Lacey- the care she received was phenomenal! My husband and I went away for a 28 day cruise and were very hesitant about leaving our dog for so long, since she had never been away from us. After meeting Lynn & Ken for the first time, our minds were completely at ease. Not only was Lacey taken care of- she was spoiled! Bedtime cuddles and homemade doggie treats were a few of the luxuries she enjoyed during her stay. About: I am very picky when it comes to the care of my dogs. They have a specific routine and eating schedule. They are my babies and I care for them as I would care for myself. I will absolutely make sure to do the same for your fur babies as well. I am dedicated to making other owners feel safe just the same as I need when I have to be away from my babies. I work remotely part time and can be available for full time care. I have cameras that I monitor our home. We enjoy going on long walks in the morning and in the evening when the sun begins setting in the heat of summer. In the cooler (not cold or freezing weather) seasons, we go on a mid-day walk and on the really pretty days we love to go for as many walks or adventures that we can. My babies usually get 2-4 20 to 30 minute walks per day, more activity outdoor time with beautiful weather. I have 2 dogs at home that eat, walk, play and relax on a routine. I have a safe and secure fenced in yard, but it is small. There is a dog park around the corner and lots of walking trails. I take my dogs on "adventures" and they do have seat belts to keep them safe in the car. Your pets would be a part of our family and I would have them on a similar schedule unless directed to do something different by you. I work less than a mile from my home and have cameras all over my house. I am able to be home within 5 minutes or less if needed when I am away. Walks, outside & play time are very dependent on the weather. We don't go outside in lightning at all or if it is raining weather we only go out back for potty breaks and I look at weather apps multiple times a day because I do have a sweet girl that does not handle storms well at all. We have a dog park in the neighborhood and great walking trails. We go on long adventures as much as possible as long as it is not too hot or cold. Paw pad inspections are done with my bare feet on the concreate before my babies are allowed to walk. My sweet girl is older, so Leia is not able to handle the heat like Kylo. I am also very mindful of this. Your babies would be treated as if they were my babies unless there are other things you need me to do that I am currently not doing for my own.

I have had to put down three pets in the last two years, very hard thing to do. I had 4 dogs and two cats, sadly down to one each. I’m retired and available anytime during the day. If there are some odd hours it can be discussed. If you pet needs me to walk them and or clean a litter box that will be no problem. I will be glad to send photos during my visit if needed. My yard is fully fenced with rod iron fencing, if the dog is small they might get out but doubtful. I prefer not to keep your pet at my house at this time.

While working with the organization I took some classes with a dog training. I work from home but I do have to make trips outside of the house 2-6 hours. We enjoy going on long walks in the morning and in the evening when the sun begins setting in the heat of summer. In the cooler (not cold or freezing weather) seasons, we go on a mid-day walk and on the really pretty days we love to go for as many walks or adventures that we can. My babies usually get 2-4 20 to 30 minute walks per day, more activity outdoor time with beautiful weather. I have 2 dogs at home that eat, walk, play and relax on a routine. I have a safe and secure fenced in yard, but it is small. There is a dog park around the corner and lots of walking trails. I take my dogs on "adventures" and they do have seat belts to keep them safe in the car. Your pets would be a part of our family and I would have them on a similar schedule unless directed to do something different by you. I work less than a mile from my home and have cameras all over my house. I am able to be home within 5 minutes or less if needed when I am away. Walks, outside & play time are very dependent on the weather. We don't go outside in lightning at all or if it is raining weather we only go out back for potty breaks and I look at weather apps multiple times a day because I do have a sweet girl that does not handle storms well at all. We have a dog park in the neighborhood and great walking trails. We go on long adventures as much as possible as long as it is not too hot or cold. Paw pad inspections are done with my bare feet on the concreate before my babies are allowed to walk. My sweet girl is older, so Leia is not able to handle the heat like Kylo. I am also very mindful of this. Your babies would be treated as if they were my babies unless there are other things you need me to do that I am currently not doing for my own.
About: I have 15+ years of experience with dogs of every shape and size. Between caring for my own dogs, my family’s, and friend’s, I’ve come to be very familiar with their routines, needs, and behavior. My experience with applied behavior analysis lends tremendously to successful training techniques. I take pride in maintaining clean environments, administering meds, and being undeterred by big dogs. My experience as a nanny gives me a unique understanding of working in your most private space. Special instructions are always followed with care and love. I am currently starting my new job as a water safety instructor! My availability may change while I am in training, but I am still open for drop-ins and walks. Unfortunately, due to the needs of my own rescue cat, I am not available to provide overnight boarding services in my residence at this time.
