I’ve lovingly cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds , from small purebreds like Pekingese to medium and large dogs including Chow Chows, Dobermans, Rottweilers, and various lovable mix breeds. I only take one dog at a time so I can give your pup my complete attention. Your dog will never be just another guest, they’ll be treated like family. First, I try to know more about your dog , normal schedule, favorite toys, commands, what they fear and what they like. About: I have always loved caring for other dogs when growing up. My pup is the same way. We both love visitors and would love to have your fur baby stay with us I work from home Full time. My routine with my own fur baby is feeding twice a day and potty breaks 3 times a day. We also do frequent trips to the dog park onsite. My Penny girl is one of the most social dogs I’ve ever had. She loves meeting new dogs and is such a good host when we have fur visitors. I work remotely which allows me to give quite a bit of attention to my pup and any visitors.

“Here's the thing...Mandy is awesome! She wanted to do a Meet and Greet with our pup, before setting up a walking appointment. Our Border Collie is a shy girl when it comes to strangers. Mandy came in and sat on the floor, being patient and letting our dog come to her. After maybe 2 minutes our pup was best friends with her lol. Our pup kept getting Mandy to play tug, and throw her toy. It was so funny and cute. She didn't want to just take our money. She wanted to make sure she was a good fit for our dog, before committing to a walk. That's pretty cool. After taking our pup on a walk she always makes sure there's water in the bowl before she leaves. Mandy is very organized and professional! I would 100% recommend her.”

About: I have been pet sitting for about five years now and have experience with many different sizes and breeds of animals! I raised a lamb, goat, and a guide dog in high school and personally, I have owned a Cavachon, and a Labrador. I used to work at a dog daycare for about a year and I volunteered with Animal Defense League! Currently I am on summer break and so I have full availability! In the fall, I will only go to school on Mondays and Wednesdays. I never take my eyes off of a pet, especially if we are outside. I always make sure that they are next to me when passing someone else or another pet on a walk and redirect them is needed. I always greet animals I do not know calmly and gently, I never want to overstimulate them.

I currently have a small business and I am a college student at UTSA. Right now I am on summer so I am flexible to walk your pet at any time. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. I make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean litter box, plenty of attention, and playtime when they want it. I also keep owners updated and make it a priority to be reliable, respectful of their home, and on time for every visit.
