About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life. I started walking and learning to care for my family’s mini schnauzer when I was around 10. I got a Goberian named Bristol about 6 years ago, which my girlfriend and I both care for full time. Shortly after, we adopted a cat named Raya! Most of my experience comes in the form of walking, bathing, feeding, playing, and training the dogs and cats I’ve had. I am teacher who is off during the summer. Most of my daily schedule outside of work consists of caring for our current pets such as walking the dog and going go the gym. I have time on weekdays before 7am and after 5pm. I'm free all day on weekends. I have a lot of experience with a very high energy puppy who is half husky and half golden retriever. She struggled a lot with pulling on the leash as a young puppy but now walks a lot better throughout her training. Being relatively new to Texas, I always take precautions when walking her. I usually make sure she is soaked in cold water and doesn’t walk on the pavement if we go out when it’s 95+ degrees. I always make sure to leave things the way I find them. Being a teacher, this is something important to me, so I always respect other people’s pets and property.

About: We’ve had a lab collie for 15 years and lost him last December. Now that we have a dog shaped piece of our family missing we are looking to care for your pets. Our tabby cat and 8 year old son are looking forward to playing and staying with your pets and providing companionship while your away. We have 1-2 adults home throughout the week. About: I've lived on a small farm since I was 10 where I've bathed, fed, and cared for multiple dogs, cats, chickens, goats and a bunny. Including puppies and kittens. About: Hi, I’m Destini! Caring for dogs has always been a standard part of my daily routine. I have two dogs of my own, so I'm well-versed in handling different personalities, energy levels, and daily care needs. For a long time, I’ve been the go-to dog walker and sitter for my cousins and extended family whenever they need a hand or head out of town. Because I already love spending my free time taking care of pups, I decided to offer my services on Rover to help other busy dog owners in our community! P.S. For safety, a companion joins me for all first visits. I work a flexible 8-hour schedule from Monday to Friday, which allows me to easily prioritize your pet's needs throughout the day. Whether it requires waking up early for a morning walk or offering dedicated care late at night, I always make sure your fur baby gets full attention, affection, and timely care. For drop-in visits, I follow all feeding, medication, and playtime instructions to the letter, ensuring your home stays secure when I leave. For walks, I use sturdy leashes/harnesses, stick to safe routes, keep a close eye on weather conditions, and never allow interaction with unfamiliar dogs. You will always receive detailed updates and photo reports after every visit!
About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a kid. I grew up with big dogs- Rottweilers, blue heelers and pit bulls. Over the 2022 summer, I potty trained 2 Great Dane puppies, I also taught them how to sit, stay, and overall manners. I love animals and truly enjoy having them around. I do online college. I prefer to do payments privately due to Rover taking 20% of profits. WHEN PAYING PRIVATELY: it’s 30 per night, additional dogs it’s $18 (per dog), For cats it’s $10 per night, each cat is additional $7 dollars. (I have a photos of the fees rover takes out on my gallery) I care for my own dogs, she is a 6 years old American stafforshire terrier. I feed her, take her to the dog park, walk her, bathe her, and overall care for her. I make sure the dogs I’m caring for are let out when needed, I play with them as much as I can, and I feed them when they are scheduled to be fed. I love playing with dogs so I’d play with them and take them out on walks.

About: Hi! My name is Addie and I a currently a pre veterinary student who loves animals and am super passionate about animal care! I am a veterinary technician and experienced in medical care, medicine administration, special needs care and trained in small animal cpr. I have a lot of experience as well with dogs such as volunteering at shelters very often for the past 4-5 years and I have fostered and continue to foster dogs of all ages in my free time for various shelters. Some of these fosters include a Bull Terrier and Great Pyrenees! In addition, I have experience in equine medicine, exotic animals medicine and previously worked at a dog daycare. I have a dog of my own, Suki (in my pictures) who is almost 2 years old, well behaved and potty trained who loves to make new friends if you would like me to take her along for walks or drop ins for some doggy playtime with your fur babies! I typically work full time Friday through Sunday but have open availability during weekdays which gives me more time to care for and play with your pets! I have lots of experience with walking dogs, crating them and overall handling them, keeping them safe but also happy. Throughout my time fostering new dogs, I have learned to quickly adapt to each dog and learn their personalities and how best to care for them which I believe is perfect experience for caring for other people’s pets.

Teddy & Buster love staying with David & Jennifer and get excited when we get close to their house. They also have fun playing with the other dogs even though they are older dogs. They also get plenty of rest and cuddle time. It means a lot to us that we can leave our dogs with David and Jennifer and we don't worry one bit as we know that they are being well taking care of!
