About: I've been a lifelong dog owner and have cared for dogs most of my life. I've frequently dog-sat for friends and family over the years, including feeding, walking, administering medications when needed and providing lots of attention and playtime. I work from home full-time, so your dog will receive plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. My partner is retired and also home most of the time, so there is almost always someone here with the pets. Because of this, dogs are rarely left alone and get lots of care, playtime, and comfort during their stay. Dogs under 40 lbs. please. We provide a calm, safe, and welcoming environment and follow each dog’s normal routine for feeding, potty breaks, walks, and playtime. Our home has a fenced backyard where dogs can safely enjoy time outside. We also have a friendly 5-year-old dog who is low-energy and well socialized. She enjoys the company of other dogs but is also respectful of dogs who prefer their own space. Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to us. We introduce dogs slowly, supervise interactions, and treat every dog in our home like part of the family. We were very nervous, because Lola had never been left with a stranger before, and doesn't have the best attitude sometimes 😉 At the meet and greet, Joshua had his dog Brewster, who was very sweet and calm, but Lola was hissing and swiping every chance she had. Joshua had never watched a cat before but he was confident everything would be fine- and it was. Lola seemed to get very comfortable with Joshua very quickly. He was even able to pick her up, which we weren't expecting. Now that Lola is home, she seems very calm and has adjusted very well. About: My mission is to tire your dog out on our walk. If you have a high energy dog I hope that on our walk they'll get an amazing workout so that when you are home you two can relax together. If you have an older dog that just needs a walk to get that little excersice in the day then I can provide that slow pace as well. I work full time during the week, but can leave during the day for potty and exercise breaks. On weekend I'm home all day and your pups will have plenty of enrichment and play time. My husband works from home and will assist with potty breaks as needed. My yard is fully fenced. And will not be let out unsupervised. About: I have plenty of experience with pets. I’ve helped my family take care of their furbabies by providing comfort, love, and care. I’ve owned 2 cats in my entire life time and 2 doggies so I have experience taking care of both. I will be available everyday of the week. Mondays and Wednesdays I got to college for 4 hours that day. I walk dogs every 3 hours. If a dog has high energy I don’t mind long walks. I will also provide your animal with plenty of petting and make sure your animal feels as safe and welcomed as I can. I usually always walk dogs every 3 hours during day, every 4 hours at night and feed 2 meals per day (although I can work with any preferred schedule). For cats I clean litter box every night and also feed 2 times a day. I will keep your little baby entertained, and do my best to make them comfortable. He was with theirs two dogs having a great time. They were very flexible about pickup time, and when we came to pick Nigel up, he looked like he didn't want to leave. He's still puppy, energetic and a handful, but they managed it maybe better than we do :) We definitely recommend Monica, and be sure your baby's are in safe hands. About: I have always loved dogs. I have had a dog since a young age. I have 3 large dogs myself. I love volunteering at the shelters as well. I work full time Monday-Friday 7 am to 4 pm. I have holidays and weekends off. I will primarily be available for drop ins after work or house sitting on my days off, but I can also make during the week work as well. I will treat your pets with lots of love and follow your directions closely. Make sure they get played with to use up all their energy, or cuddles for the older pets or low energy dogs. My schedule is pretty open, and I have no problem working the pets that I am sitting into my schedule if something comes up. I have a massive yard at home with plenty of room to run around and explore, lots of toys too, so there is always something for them to do, and giving them their own little vacation away from home. Being in the client's home is even better, allowing the pets to be in a familiar place while also having a new friend to play with. Following a set schedule with feeding and activity is something that I love to stick to; this keeps everyone as happy as possible.

My first dog was a mini poodle and I also have owned/fostered a pit bull, a collie, and many hound mixed. I find myself just wandering around, walking around the parks, and can accommodate your schedule! I have one small 7 year old beagle mix that your dog could spend time with. Our days would consist of many walks (some on their own and if they don’t mind / prefer company, some with my dog) snuggling, and playing at the dog park which is normally empty.
