About: I have a wide array of experience with caring for dogs and cats—from the corgi puppy who barks through the night to the one eyed 18 year old deaf and blind Shih Tzu who just needed love and my current 9 year old rescue who loves cuddles and walks. I am a teacher at a local high school and am free all day every day during the summer and before 8:00 am and after 4:30 pm on weekdays during the school year as well as full availability on the weekends. There IS a pool, but I also have a 10x10 cage back there for potty breaks if you have a water loving dog that you don’t want in the pool. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life. I come from a veterinarian family. I’m the go to for all who know me to take care of their pets! From daily check ins to vacations. I’m dependable. I am confident in assisting in any potty training of puppies as well. Additionally, having three dogs of my own I know how difficult it can be to leave your dogs in someone else's care. I am very engaged with you during anytime I'm with your dog so you know how they're doing. I work remote and my schedule is very flexible. For the most part I have the ability to set my own schedule. The biggest benefit to me would be to schedule your time with your pet in advance so that I'm able to block that time on my work schedule. I make sure that my pets and the pets that are entrusted into my care are comfortable and content. In order to achieve this I use a variety of tools and tricks such as calm exercise, interactive play, and enrichment activities. I give as much love and attention as they desire without overstimulating or stressing them out. I pay close attention to any indications of stress or other ailments and keep the owners aware of all potential challenges.
