About: I am 38 years old and I have one dog of my own. I care for dogs part time. I have over 15 years of experience caring for dogs. There is nothing I love more than spending time with them. I am single and live with my 16 year old daughter. We have plenty of indoor and outdoor space for your dog to roam. The backyard is completely fenced in with multilevel decking. It has plenty of space for play equipped with a doggie pool. My house is two story 4 bedroom home with a dog suite. Trust me, your dog will be spoiled during his stay. I am completely available to you and your pets! My daughter and I are at your dogs service full time. Their stay will include dog walks along the golf course, play time and rides on the golf cart. About: I’ve spent the at least 10 years caring for dogs of all ages, from tiny puppies learning the ropes to seasoned seniors who just want a cozy nap and some love. I've rescued a few puppers and ended up keeping 2! I’ve helped with basic training, puppy routines, and plenty of playtime in between! I treat every pup like my own — with patience, affection, and lots of belly rubs. Whether it’s walks, cuddles, or keeping up with training, your dog will feel right at home. (Currently a dog mom to 1, 8 year old lab mix rescue). Currently working from home with a very flexible schedule! 7am-5pm I may have a few meetings with tons of breaks. I typically do two long walks a day (30 min each) and at least 6-8 potty breaks throughout the day. I like letting your pet tell me what they need in terms of outdoor visits. My love for animals goes beyond, I will say I’m terrified of insects but I like to be kind to ALL creatures, and will do everything to protect them and get them somewhere safe. My animals are my absolute world, they are all rescues. I’ve always had a hard time saying no to any animals asking to be loved/cared for. I have done several successful TNR’s for cats in neighborhoods I’ve lived in, along with taking dogs/cats to vets and animal shelters to try to help them be reunited with family/finding a forever home. I’m always just trying to help save as many as I can. I currently have one pup, 5 cats that live inside and 2 outside cats. I am a helicopter parent of my babies and I would love to be considered to be a helicopter for yours as well, I myself use Rover and I would love to meet you and your babies to assure our compatibility, as I do with mine, and rest assured if you do not feel completely comfortable I will not be offended, the ultimate goal is that our babies are well taken care of and we have peace of mind! But if I ever need to run some errands, depending on what they are, your dog can accompany me in a car ride or stay in your home, where it’s safe. When I arrive at your place, I make every effort to earn your dog's trust and make them feel more at ease. Usually your dog should already recognize me from our meet and greet. But if we have met or not, the first thing I do is take your dog on a walk, just to ensure them that I’m their care taker while you are gone, that would 100% make them comfortable with me. When we return, that is when I start giving rubs, treats, and cuddles. (yes I allow your dogs to sleep on my bed, if you are okay with them on your furniture). Today, I have two pit bull mixes that join me on hiking adventures throughout the year, and I even harness-trained my kitten for outdoor adventures. “I can't say enough good things about Remi's stay with Brittany. We met on Rover, did a meet and greet with Brittany and her pup, Indy before Remi's stay. After meeting Britany and seeing her place, I knew Remi would be in good hands. Remi had a blast and loved the retention pond. I was able to get daily updates and pictures. Our return from our trip was delayed by a day and that was no problem for Brittany. It was so reassuring to know Remi was taken care of till we got home. It was a win win for both Remi and us.
