“Amanda is SO amazing!! I was a bit worried about leaving Teddy as he can have separation anxiety, but he warmed up right away and became her little buddy. She put my worries at ease with lots of pics and videos which was so reassuring to know he was doing ok and having fun. She also kept to his schedule and walked him twice a day, which he loved! He can be a handful at times, but Amanda was so good with him and I can’t recommend her high enough. I’m so grateful for everything she did for Teddy. We got them both when they were puppies and cared for them all the way into their seniorhood so I have experience taking care of puppies as well as elderly dogs. At my house, our dogs were mainly inside dogs so they were with me the majority of the day and anytime they needed to go out we let them. I will follow whatever feeding schedule needed; my dog’s food ranged from solid to soft food (our older dog had some teeth extracted and didn’t have many left) or a mix of both so I’m comfortable giving either. Water is usually always out for them to get when they needed it. Our smaller dog was allowed on the couch and bed and our bigger dog was only allowed on the couches here and there but was allowed on the bed. We did not crate them but I am familiar with crating. For other places, I will follow whatever routines/rules requested.

About: Since I was a little girl, pets and animals have been a massive part of my life. My parents also shared a love for animals, leading to a house full of pets. Some of my friends call me 'the animal whisperer' because I would always pet an animal everywhere I went. I have a part-time job scheduled only three days out of the week, leaving ample time to care for animals. During my free time, I usually practice my instrument and learned that dogs love live music. If a dog requires special attention, he/she is my first priority. I'll take my client's pet on a walk in the morning to enjoy fresh air and sunlight. After meals are distributed and digested, playtime for a few hours, then back outside for another walk. Depending on how many times my client's animal eats a day, I will follow such instructions and end the day with another walk.

About: I’ve had many pets starting at such a young age. Everyone in my family has dogs of every breed, size, and age so I feel like I’m equipped to handle most dogs. I’ve always loved cats as well and just recently adopted a cat, I know how to handle them too. As for small animals, I have pet rabbits, hamsters, and chickens. I can handle and care for most small animals. I babysit my family’s animals and friends animals when needed. I also took veterinary classes in high school so I understand what kind of care and attention goes towards everyone’s fur babies! :) Im currently in college and no longer have a part time job due to wanting to focus on my studies. I have more free time and would love to spend it by small animal sitting/ walking. I have school Tuesdays and Thursday before 7-12. Caring for my animals is making sure they are happy, content, and to give them love and attention anytime I can get to it. I currently have a senior dog who I have to keep close attention to and open ears to make sure she isn’t struggling to go outside, needs a good back rub, or needs to be fed. My rabbits have a schedule when to eat so I know how to follow instructions on when and what to feed other people’s pets. I’m very patient, understanding, and, fast it comes to some animals being shy/ scared or having extra amounts of energy that’s hard to contain at moments.
