“Lesly and her family were amazing. I was in a strange situation, where I was moving across the country with my dog and two cats, but had to stop along the way in the Houston area, and leave my pets so I could fly out for a couple days to a job interview before getting back on the road. I needed someone to do check-in visits with the cats (one of them is very old and has feeding requirements) and to board my dog who is a little bit nervous when I'm gone. I was a nervous wreck about the whole situation. But Lesly came through for me. I took my dog Sombrita over to meet her a couple days before I left; and then Lesly also came over to meet my cats before the trip. Sombrita was really scared and timid when I left. But Lesly and her family were gentle and sweet with her, and she warmed up quickly, and had fun while she was there. Lesly sent me pictures and videos of everyone each day to put me at ease, and was always very responsive. I'm really grateful for her care.”

I typically will keep pups food and water filled, but will keep pups on a special feeding schedule at the request of the parent. I also provide pups with treats through out the day as positive reinforcement but will omit at the parents request. Pups are allowed to roam the house but pups who are not potty trained are crated at bedtime.

About: Hi there, here are the things you would like about me as a caregiver for your pet. First, I have been surrounded by animals for the entirety of my life from turtles to dogs. I was always the child that had to take care of every animal I saw, which meant there was never a moment we did not have an animal of some sort in our home. This being said it should be obvious that I have a very warm place in my heart for animals and my most beloved of them all has and always will be dogs. The second one is I have a tiny bit of veterinarian science knowledge. Not enough to be a vet or even an assistant, some were learned from studying in school most, however, was from real life experience. I have delivered countless litters of puppies, kittens, and in doing so saved either the babies lives or their mothers from problematic labor. I saved a dog from drowning, and I am quick to respond in any situation. I don't see dogs as animals but people as well and very much count my two babies as family. I like to do things on a schedule to ensure that my dogs are fed, when caring for your pet I would do the same. I have no problems with following strict regimens because I myself have one for mine and my own. I feel it prevents forgetfulness and ensures the happiness and health of pets.love to walk which means walking multiple times a day with your fur baby wouldn't bother me in the least bit. I promise that you will be leaving your dog in good care and they will return to you with happy wagging tails.
About: I’ve had a good amount of pet care experience starting with Duke, our family dog back home in Vegas with my mom. Beemer is my own dog, so I’m used to taking care of him day-to-day, and then there’s Tofu, my cousin Jada’s dog, who’s basically like a roommate at this point. Between the three of them I’ve gotten used to feeding, walks, playtime, and just making sure they’re comfortable. I’ve also been around and helped out with other new dogs here and there, and I usually get along with them pretty well. Morning (before 2pm) → Long walks, feeding, playtime, grooming, or check-ins with clients. Afternoon (2–6pm) → I’m at the YMCA, so I schedule around this. Dogs usually nap or relax mid-day anyway, so I won’t miss their peak energy time. Evening (after 6pm) → Perfect for another walk, feeding, and some hangout/playtime before settling them in for the night. i am very respectful of others’ home rules & regulations. can adapt to the given situation as long as i feel comfortable and safe. i work alone and do not bring my dog beemer unless the client is okay with it.

I supervise all interactions closely and can separate or crate pets if needed. When caring for pets in your home, I respect your space and follow your routines exactly to keep your pet comfortable and stress-free. About: Hi there! I’ve been around animals my entire life — I grew up in a home with multiple dogs, cats, goats, and more. My love for animals naturally led me to volunteer at shelters and sanctuaries, and before long, friends were regularly asking me to pet sit. That’s what inspired me to offer my services on Rover. From 2023 to 2025, I had 4–5 regular families I consistently sat for. I also helped train my parents’ dog, Ella, during her first six months — all while working remotely. I recently relocated to Conroe, TX in May 2025 and completed month-long sitting stays in June (Texas), August (London), and September (Washington). Starting October 2025, I’ll be settling back down in Conroe and opening up my calendar to help care for your pets — whether it’s for a quick drop-in, daily walks, or extended stays. I treat every animal like they’re my own, and I’d love to be a part of your pet’s routine! I work remotely in the finance industry, which gives me a flexible schedule during the week. I’m able to step away throughout the day for walks, potty breaks, feeding, and playtime — and I already take myself on a few walks a day, so bringing a furry companion along is always welcome! I typically offer house and pet sitting at your home, as that’s where most pets are most comfortable. I may be available for boarding in special cases or local walks if you're nearby in the neighborhood. I take pet safety and comfort seriously — whether I’m staying in your home or caring for your pet in mine. I work fully remote, so I’m present throughout the day and can easily block off time for walks, potty breaks, meals, and quality playtime. Your pet will never be left alone for long periods, and I’ll always stick to the routines they’re used to. I only care for one household at a time to give your pet my full attention and to avoid mixing unfamiliar animals. My goal is to create a calm, safe environment where your dog or cat feels secure, cared for, and stress-free while you’re away.

“Mark did a great job watching both Rip and Roxie. Both of my dogs have extremely different needs ( one being a senior beagle , and the other a young herding breed dog) ,each ones needs were met . Mark supplied daily pictures of my dogs and answered all texts I sent regarding their well being .
