About: I’ve been a pet owner since I was 4 yrs olds with my first pet bunny and have always had atleast 4 dogs in my home at all times. All of our dogs have lived to be 17-18 yrs old (we like to say they all live long because they don’t want to leave us) before they passed and had to have special care in their senior era. I’ve been caring for my sweet dogs my whole life and absolutely love all animals. I treat my dogs as if they were my babies and spoil them to the max. I work from home and have a flexible schedule so I am able to make my own schedule weekly making drops in and overnight stays easily accessible. Friends, family and neighbors have relied on me to take care of their precious babies, walk, feed, bathe, play, and even stay with them. With over 200 foster dogs, many of which were puppies, they are naturals and know much about pet care. We have 2 small dogs and 1 cat (inside/outside) of our own who are also accustom to other animals through our home. For care in your home, I can come by up to 4 times a day - walk, feed, water, potty breaks and play/cuddle. When at my house, I work from home, so potty breaks, walks and outside time are frequent. A typical day around here consists of potty breaks first thing and meals distributed in the morning. However, if you have a different schedule, I can accommodate that. At your home, we will start with time outside, then feed/water as needed, cuddle and play, and always go back outside for potty time before departure. We can also follow any instructions you might have. At my home, I have a very large backyard (several acres) that is currently partially fenced. While I am working on a smaller fenced area for our guests, if needed, I have a 50' lead where your dog will be fully supervised but allowed to run, play and sunbathe. I can take dogs that are not cat-friendly as I have family that could take the cat for those days. I take direction from clients if I am visiting their home.
About: I have always been around dogs since I was little but I have officially dog sat for about 7 years. I grew up with all different types of dogs, so I am able to get along with many different breeds. I have also watched cats, horses and donkies and am willing to learn how to watch any other animal. When I would watch the dogs I would go to their house to feed, water, and let the dogs out as needed. I am willing to do anything with the dogs that is in their normal routine of their days. I am a teacher and nanny so I have different hours day to day but willing to work it out with you. And during the summers my schedule can be a lot more open.
