After growing up with only dogs and small house pets (hamsters, crabs, fish, frogs, and lizards)In my adulthood, my husband and I have opened our home to several rescues through the six years we’ve been together. At our home we consider ourselves “last owners” animals come to us to live out the rest of their lives, comfortable and loved. We’ve been by the side of 6 rescue birds, a few kittens and one chameleon to watch them cross over the rainbow bridge, and complete their journey. About: I’ve owned a Labrador for 17 years and have been taking care of dogs the last 8 years. I’ve been entrusted to walk, feed, play, & groom pets of friends and neighbors, and Lola got along with all of them. Keeping them on a routine was fine. I was able to teach Lola many commands using verbal and hand gestures. Discipline and routine is something I enforce so that the pups don’t get restless energy with new changes.❤️ Lola has recently passed away, so my availability has opened much more.
