Because of this, I decided to try boarding with someone in their home to see if he handled it better. Selena and her family did a wonderful job caring for my cautious boy. They gave him time and space to adjust, ensured he was in a space he couldn't bolt out the front door (he's started doing this recently), and gave him love on his terms. I always go on morning and evening walks as a pet owner. I have breaks around 12pm and 4pm if needed, which I use to play with the pet. About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats as a professional groomer for the past 5 years. I am a mom to a tripod Shiba Inu mix and a deaf Shih Tzu mix! I work for a school district 7-4 Monday-Friday. This has freed up my schedule on weekday evenings and weekends are typically free with a bit of notice! I have a soft spot for seniors, I am especially gentle with the sugar faced pets. He was so happy (and nice and tired) each day I went to pick him up, and it was clear he was not stressed in any way. The yard has plenty of shade for hot Texas days, and the home has concrete floors to help keep pets cool. They clearly take great care of their place and their pets. About: I have been grooming and pet sitting for 16 years. I own and operate my own dog grooming salon (Motown Mutts) . I regularly pull and foster from local shelters and have experience with frightened, nervous and special needs dogs. I have a ton of references and have quickly earned a reputation for providing excellent care in my area. My children were raised doing this and dogs that don’t normally love kids love mine because they speak the language. The dogs are very rarely left alone. My daughter is an LVT and handy for emergencies when I call. I can also groom them with advanced notice during their stay. We love our pet sitters like our own and become very attached to them. My babies usually run to my door and can’t wait to get inside. I am certified in emergency canine CPR and therapeutic massage therapy. The dogs will go to work with me daily unless I find the daycare experience stressful to them (older or nervous pups). I also have employees at my salon so they are available in emergencies The pups will be my pet while with me, we wake up at 4 am, have our meals and then head to the salon for the day to play. I don’t do a lot of playtime outside in the summer during the hottest times but we exercise in the evenings when it’s cooler. If there is an emergency I have staff willing to help out. Paw pad inspections are done with my bare feet on the concreate before my babies are allowed to walk. My sweet girl is older, so Leia is not able to handle the heat like Kylo. As they arrive, and while they’re here I still study each personality to see who can play together and who would rather just “stay out of it”. Since the dogs live in the house like my own pets, I want to make sure everyone is happy. No dog is crated or kenneled unless that is what the dog requires. There’s outside play time at least twice a day. Which might involve chasing a ball, squirrel, duck, or swimming in the lake, or lounging in the sun. If you need a staycation for your pet where they will come home exhausted and happy, let me know. 1. I can pick up and deliver your pup if needed for an extra fee. 2. I live on the lake. 3. I can also bath and do light grooming if needed including nails. 4. 📸 But the most important thing is that pictures and communication cell 📱 📞 with the pups parents are sent many times a day so that you know your dog is safe, and basically having a blast here at my house. We live on the lake so there's lots of room to run and play, however we do have a dog area with a doggie door so they can come and go. All dogs live inside with us and sleep in our room if they want to. My family works from home so someone is here most of the time. My personal dogs are use to having dogs visit us at home and it's never an issue. All dogs are treated like our own and loved. Their needs are always accommodated so that their parents can feel assured that they are well taken care of without any worries while they are gone. I have a doggie area that is large that the dogs can use with a doggie door. This area also has our hot tub so they often play outside or "talk" to us while we use the hot tub. I have a large back yard that the dogs can enjoy while we are there to supervise them. Dogs are not left unattended in the back yard. I live on a quiet one way street with neighbors only to the left and right of me. We all know each others dogs and can identify them.

About: I am a major animal lover, I often think I enjoy pets over humans at times . I will love your pet like my own. I enjoy going to different parks so your pet will have a fun time going on a walk. During boarding your pet will be treated like my own, if your fur baby has anxiety not a problem they will not be alone I allow dogs on my sofa and bed so if need be they will not sleep alone. Not potty trained ?? Not a problem, I am patient as know it is a process to everything so trust you puppy will be on the schedule we discuss as to not set them back while in my care . ! ! I love animals and always give them the care , exercise and love they need and deserve and I treat my dog as my child I walk him daily, and open fields to run . I stay away from dog parks but if your baby wants to go then I will take them. I have a fenced back yard and one French Bulldog that is my spoiled baby. He has his own room and space where he can go to sleep and play if he doesn’t not want to be bothered . I will treat your pet like my own .
About: I have always grown up with animals my whole life. I have had dogs, cats, hamsters, gerbils, and fish over my life time and actually haven’t ever not had a pet! I love swimming, running, walking, and playing with dogs or any other animals! I currently have a charcoal lab and black cat that i love so much!!! Ive also been around horses most of my life. I normally take care of some of my neighbors animals but wanted to venture out and also become more active! I think every animal is a blessing from God and deserves to be loved in life❤️ I’m also young so I love to stay active Since finishing my volleyball career, I have found myself with a lot more time and also not able to be as active so I am wanting to try and get out more and be more active whether that’s by playing or walking animals! I have a pool at my house so if your animal loves the water, I would love to bring it here to play in the pool and if good with dogs I would love for my dog to be able to play with yours! I also am able to do in-home care or pet sitting! That being over night or just taking care throught the day and checking on them every so often. I am almost completely free throught the summer!!

About: I am very time oriented with their food, well being and care, teach them new tricks and always take them on walks around the neighborhood. I always go on morning and evening walks as a pet owner. I have breaks around 12pm and 4pm if needed, which I use to play with the pet. I have separate rooms spaces, ways to make them feel comfortable. Separate eating spaces of needed. I always make sure the pet is always comfortable.
