About: I am retired. I will spend quality time with your dog! I have owned dogs all of my life. Our little Maddie went over the rainbow bridge November 2025 (at age 13 1/2). We miss her but have not taken the plunge for our next dog. Waiting on that special one to enter our lives! In the meantime, I am just pet sitting and enjoying other's dogs. When friends and relatives visit, their dogs are welcome too. Our home is totally dog friendly. We have a fenced in yard, as well as 7 acres to roam with a leash. If they enjoy riding in a side by side, we will go for rides. I am retired. I have plenty of time to play with your pup, and I will make sure they are well cared for, never left alone outdoors, and I have experience with giving medication too. About: Over the past 5 years we had cats come to our home, found them on roads, and found them around my old high school. We have 8 kitties, 1 outside , 7 inside. I have cleaned 6 of the 8 cats myself when we rescued them, I am currently in college so I was not around when we rescued the 2 newest kitties. I took 5 of them to the vet and administered flea and worm medicine to them. Some of them also had eye/ear problems and I would take care of them by giving them eye/ear drops with no problem (I gave them treats so they would feel better!)

On top of that, our dog was on at least 6 different medications. Mikalah handled this flawlessly. To make matters even more challenging, there was a HUGE snowstorm. I almost didn’t go on my trip, but Mikalah reassured me she would be there rain or snow. Schools and businesses closed, but she made it morning and night to our dog. So grateful to have found her!!!”
About: I’ve taken care of multiple cats over the years! I’m always sure to be patient meeting new furry friends and giving them time to acclimate to me. I understand a cat’s trust needs to be earned and I’m willing to put in the work to care for them as they need! I can play with them or give them their space if that’s what they want. I’ll clean out litter boxes too. No one wants that smell lingering! If needed I can also deep clean the litter boxes. About: I have always loved cats, and had always been around them in some capacity growing up; Had outside cats, inside cats, befriended neighborhood cats and fed strays. I knew at a very young age that cats were just different and you needed to earn their trust and respect at their pace. I started working professionally with cats at my first veterinary job back in 2008, and it made me love them so much more. My first cat I adopted as an adult was a 16 year old tabby named Lincoln who was about to be euthanized for being bullied by the other 9 young cats at home. I said "absolutely not!" And I took him home, loved him, learned so much more about cats and he lived to be about 20 years old. I started working with rescues, with TNR projects, raising litters of kittens. I am just passionate about them. I'm patient, I understand their behavior and their language. I'm comfortable administering medications in any form (oral, injectable, etc.). Im comfortable caring for healthy cats, as well as those with special needs, and of course hospice kitties as well. I'm also always happy and ready to help with kittens. I have a deep understanding of feline medicine and will always be passionate about feline health.

We had an electronic door lock/keypad that stopped working unexpectedly while we were away and she handled it perfectly even when I wasn't available to respond to her immediately. She made sure to keep our front door locked and keep our back door unlocked (which is great because I'm not 100% sure we had a key on us at the time), and offered to go back to the house if we wanted her to do something different with the doors. The dogs have free roam of the house. There is always food and water down. Treats given daily. I also have a doggy door. I have a fenced in yard but they will only go out to potty then come in and have free roam of my house. I free feed so there is always food and water down in 2 different heights. I give treats in the am. They are a 5 ingredient all natural treat. I have toys but if ur fur baby has a special one they like to play with or sleep with, u are more than welcome to bring it.

About: When I was younger we had 3 dogs, they were my best girls! Over the years we had rescued 8 cats, one of our cats may have some autism but she is so gentle and just needed some love. The trick is to let them come to you so they see you as a safe space! I currently work part-time but I am not working as much this summer, I may have a few softball lessons since I play college softball. My morning and afternoons are mainly free, in the afternoon is when I workout but I am very flexible! We used to have a fenced in area in our backyard for our dogs and a pool deck (no pool) but had to tear down our deck and now we have a beautiful grassy green area with lots of plants! Our home inside is very pet friendly we have cat and dog toys as well as cat and dog food/treats!

About: Experience: I have taken care of dogs, large and small, since I was born. I have experience from training puppies, all the way to tempermented and incontinent seniors. My schedule is flexible where it does not always have to be 8a-5p. My monthly schedule is half travel (near Longview), and half work-from-home. While house sitting, as long as I can connect to your wifi, I might not have to leave your pet at all. Services: •House Sitting includes me staying at your house over night with my car in the driveway so no one thinks the house is empty while you're away. I will also bring in your mail, water your plants, and take out the trash if it gets full. •Drop In Visits are great if you have something come up that day where you'll be gone for a longer time than usual. For example, if you're going to be gone for 12hrs, and you know your pet can't hold it more than 8hrs, I can drop in to check on them, let them out to potty, feed them, etc. This is a 30min visit. If you need more than one drop in per day, it's cheaper to book me over night, as it also saves me gas money. •View the Services Tab for pricing. •For out of town families, over 15 miles away from me, I will be charging a one time fee of $30 to accommodate for gas. (NOT a daily charge.) Depending on the location and amount of nights, I will also need to talk to you about my personal pets. I would love to discuss this in further detail at our initial meet-and-greet. Safety/Trust: Unfortunately I am unable to host cats, dogs, and other larger animals in my home. Living in a rental, it's too much of a liability. Plus, it puts my own pets at potential risk of a safety breech. However I am willing to keep your beta fish or other small animals here as needed while you are out of town. As far as tending to your fur babies in the safety of your home, where they are the most familiar and comfortable, I am trustworthy and a quick learner; I am great at following all safety instructions custom to your space and pets needs. (Ex. Don't leave the gate open, keep them on a leash when outside, etc.)

I typically work out in the mornings, which allows me to dedicate the rest of my day to giving pets plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, walks, and companionship. I occasionally go to dinner with family or friends, but overall I have a very flexible schedule and enjoy making pets a priority in my day-to-day life. I care for every pet as if they were my own by creating a safe, loving, and stress-free environment. In my home, pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, exercise, and a comfortable space to relax. I’m very mindful of maintaining their normal routines, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any special instructions from the owner. In a client’s home, I make sure pets feel comfortable by keeping their routine as consistent as possible while also respecting and caring for the home. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so owners can feel confident their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for while they’re away.

About: I have been in the veterinary field and pet sitting field for over 10 years, I love animals so much! and will care for yours with love and respect, as if they were my own. I am a full time veterinary technician, but make time for part time pet sitting and pet transportation. I will usually do check ins between 7-8am on the weekdays and Night time check ins around 9pm depending on the week. one week I'll work Friday-Sunday and my check in may be later at night, and the next week I have the weekends free and check ins can be anytime of the day. Depending on distance from my work I can do mid day check ins. I also do over night stays, and have a spot open for 1-2 small animals- same family for boarding. I follow every instruction that is left for me, go above and beyond to keep pet happy. I take pictures and send updates always. I make sure my pets are always left comfortable and safe, well fed and happy. I have a separate, very spacious room where i can safely board 1-2 cats of the same family, or one cat and one small dog, same family. I do have cats of my own but they do not have access to that area. I also accept small critters- reptiles as well. Cage and supplies will need to be provided.

About: I love all animals and helping people so this is a unique way to get to love on and take care of your fur babies and help you out at the same time! I have 1 Lab Mix male dog who is neutered and is super sweet and loves to play with other dogs. I also have 1 female corgi who is the exact same. I have 2 cats as well and my dogs do well with cats. My cats usually hang out outside or hidden in the house so they don't ever really make contact with the dogs but they like dogs too. All the dogs and cats sleep with us at night so they really do get along well. I've had animals my whole life. I grew up in a multiple cat and dog home and also birds and reptiles. I've done years of pet sitting so I have experience taking care of people's beloved pets. I work 7am-3pm M-Th. So I have Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. I have cameras as well to keep an eye on the fur babies until I get back home from work. I have a fenced in back yard with plenty of space to play. I take dogs on walks around my neighborhood. I follow feeding schedules according to their owners preference.

I have trained dogs and horse and always helped my kids with all their 4H animals. I have anything from dog runs that are indoor / outdoor to them being able to stay inside and hang out with me. If you prefer your babies to stay at home, I am able to go to your house and love on your fur babies, let them out to go potty and even take them for a walk. Your dog or cat will be sure to have all the love and attention they deserve while under my care. I am currently working during the week but also have availability with my husband to hang out with your dogs while I’m working. I am available on weekends and holidays and almost any day during the week. I have a fenced in yard and a few dogs of my own. Your dogs can play in the backyard with mine or in the front yard. We can go on long walks and they are welcome to sleep or hang out on my couch along with the ability to crate them if needed.

About: I’ve worked as a kennel tech/bather Ive cleaned kennel feeding and providing water for dogs and cats I have experience walking dogs of all sizes from puppies to Great Danes I’ve medicated clients and also bathe and done nail trims I’ve handled cats too with bathing and giving meds to cleaning out litter boxes. I work M-F 7-5:30. I can come before or after work for drop ins, I can also stop by on my lunch which is 12-1 if your home is near my clinic I work at. I go home every day on my lunch to let my pets out for potty breaks I can do it for your pets too. I have a fenced back yard and 3 fixed dogs. I also have 3 cats as well all are neutered. My pets are kenneled when I leave, but your fur baby is free to roam around my home, and if you prefer your fur baby to be kenneled if no one is home at the time that’s an option i can do as well
