About: I have been around animals and have taken care of them for as long as I can remember. I am comfortable around all dogs and I am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your fur baby. When I come to take care of, play with, or walk your fur baby I will dedicate my time to loving them. When staying with me I would love to be able to take them to the dog park where they can also interact with other animals while you're away! I like to build trust, communicate and personalize your fur babies stay so you both feel at ease. I am currently home full time and I am available for drop ins when needed! I am also flexible and can accept last minute bookings. I will take your fur baby on a walk to use the restroom since I don’t have a gated yard but if that’s a worry, I also have access to a few gated dog parks for your fur baby to run around and use the restroom.

In 2022 my husband and I got our first dog together, Bandit, and in 2023 we got Lynk. Both dogs have different energy levels so no matter what your dog is like, I will make sure your dog has a good time here! I stay at home full-time so my schedule is very flexible. Standard drop-off and pick-up time is : 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. However, if you need an earlier drop-off and/or later pick-up time just ask! In client’s home: Since I stay home full-time I’m able to come over every 2-3 hours for potty breaks and play time. I may have to bring my kid with me so I ask that your dog(s) are known to do well with kids. In my home: Our dogs, Lynk and Bandit, are super friendly and love meeting new friends. I have a large fenced in yard perfect for play-time. I have a covered porch and a covered seating area, perfect for relaxing in the shade! I have a kid at home so I ask that your dog is good with kids before booking. My dogs have all of their vaccines so we ask the same of your’s so we are able to keep both of our dogs safe. Also, I request that your dog is on flee and tick medication.

About: Full disclosure, I have allergies to cats but nothing life threatening to be concerned about. It has never stopped me from being able to work in animal care and tend to the cat babies to my full potential! I have been a drop in sitter for friends, family, and neighbors since high school. Waste is picked up immediately. - Paw and body cleaning after each bathroom break. 🍒 REQUIREMENTS 🍒 - Dogs that are special-needs (either physically, such as having disabilities, or mentally, such as having severe separation anxiety), young puppies, hyperactive, incontinent, in heat, or not potty-trained, will add a small additional charge. - Due to limited availability, payments are due at the time of scheduling and are non-refundable. - Your dog MUST be generally healthy, up to date on shots (with proof of vaccinations, “if it is not documented, it was not done” is my policy), and on heartworm prevention. - Your dog MUST be clean, free from offensive odors as well as parasites. In order to ensure this and maintain a clean safe environment for everyone, please bathe your dog prior to dropping him/her off, or your dog can be carefully bathed and dried by me for an additional $15 in the beginning of boarding. - Your dog MUST be friendly to people (allows handling and caring) and socially acceptable around other small dogs (may not like them but will not try to attack them).

I cannot remember a time where dogs were not a priority in my life. For the past 5 years, I worked for a family owned boarding facility as a kennel assistant, quickly turned lead, and then to manager! I am fully comfortable with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I can safely administer medications, including topical, oral, and injectable. If your pet needs routine brushing, ear cleaning, eye drops, etc., I am happy to help. I am also very good at a mani/pedi for your pet as long as they are comfortable with it. I will never torture a pet to trim their nails. Most recently, I have been working as a CCR for a large veterinary hospital. If there was ever a concern or I noticed something off with your fur baby, I have an understanding of veterinary medicine and care to help assess the situation and make sure your baby will be okay. My schedule is flexible for new pet friends daily and weekly. My husband and I are new to the area and I currently do not work. I have access to Fort Cavazos for anyone in need on post! I will be sure to keep my calendar as accurate and updated as I can. For all of my boarding friends, your doggo will be treated as if they were my own.
