About: My first pet was a cat. He adopted us when I was five, and was my first real experience with earning the trust and love of an amazing companion. Growing up, family members had cats who allowed me the honor of being in their company. My second cat came to me once I was an adult. He was with me for 17 years. About: I have been around all sorts of animals since my first memory! Growing up I was around breeds such as chow-chows, rottweilers and the most vicious of all, chihuahuas ;) from birth to the end. I currently have 4 doggies and 1 kitty all between the ages of 5-14. I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I like to also work at coffee shops, by water, so am able to be outside my neighborhood as well! :} My dogs are able to roam around as they wish. About: Yup, I was that kid who dressed her puppy in doll clothes, I promise not to do that unless you want me to. Happy Tails I’m flexible with my hours. I'm that person who brings home every stray. About: I have always had animals in my life. My sister and I were adopted by our first cat when I was five. As an adult, my kids have included a border collie who passed at 17, a beagle mix who passed at 16, and a cat who passed at 16. All of whom were with me since babyhood. I currently have two four-year-olds: a border collie and a lab/great pyrenees. I don't know that I deserve all of the love these kids have given me. I work remotely, full-time, but it slows down for several months after the holidays. Between January and May, I have a fair amount of downtime. I started dog sitting at 16 and have regularly cared for my cousin’s three dogs for multi-day stays. About: I've been taking care of various specifies of animals throughout my life from energetic dogs and skittish cats, to pampered rodents, and fascinating arthopods. I am looking for other work positions at the moment and will update my schedule when that happens but I'm basically free whenever as long as I have a heads up ahead of time I have a smallish-medium completely fenced yard with a doggy door, four super chill cats and two 9 month old puppies at my house. One of the puppies is a little loud and skittish but completely harmless and will usually stay completely separate if he can't chill out (he literally just screams but isn't aggressive). I can stay overnights at the owners home and will provide my own food for myself, I do not require a guess room and can sleep on the couch just fine.

About: I've been around animals my whole life, advocating for shelter animals for many years. I have dog sat for a number of family and friends (and their friends) for the past few years, just getting set up with a professional account. I raised livestock for the FFA in middle school and high school (training very stubborn pigs lol). In my free time i volunteer at the local animal shelter and take the dogs out on adventures in town on the weekends. I have fostered adult dogs and puppies. I just left my full-time corporate job to take some time off before i pursue my dream of cosmetology school in may. “My fiancé and I had to leave for a few days to Houston for her niece’s baptism. Lisa watched our dog, Scout, for us and she did an amazing job. Her dog and Scout got along very well. She has a nice/big backyard that he was able to play in! She made sure to send us updates/photos everyday while we were away, which was so thoughtful and made us feel good knowing he was in good hands. We will definitely be calling Lisa again for sitting!”

“Anthony is a great caregiver to my “humans only” homebody lab mix. After bad experiences with kennels, we usually opt for in home care and decided to try something new. Anthony responded quickly and was able to accommodate Cherry’s needs with no issue and the meal instructions were successfully followed. Cherry was returned to us happy, and healthy. It was evident that they had a blast in the backyard, because she mlemed and slept peacefully the rest of the night. We look forward to rebooking.”
About: Hi! My name is Kyrischa. Ever since I was a kid, My family and I have had dogs. I’ve always had love for animals and unfortunately my dog had passed away from cancer. I have been volunteering and fostering dogs at Austin Pets Alive, fostering four puppies making sure their go to a caring home.I want to help others with their fur babies and make sure they get the proper care they need. I am college student taking summer classes. And will be gone for at least 3 hours a day. I am mostly home all day to give enough attention, love, playtime, potty breaks and care for your fur baby. I have a spacious apartment where they can play and relax. They are allowed on furniture for cuddles and will make sure they feel comfortable in my home!!
“We left our dog Stanley with Edwin and his wonderful family for a 9-day stay, and they did a fantastic job! Edwin kept us updated with photos and messages, showing Stanley eating, getting brushed, going on walks, and settling in. Anytime I checked in, Edwin was quick to respond and always communicative. We had a great feeling about the stay after a meet-and-greet with Edwin and his family a week before our trip. From the moment we arrived, Edwin took the leash and was confidently in control of Stanley. We’ve done meet-and-greets before where the sitter gives your dog a few pats and focuses more on chatting with you. This was more like a test drive, where Edwin paid close attention to how Stanley handled the new environment. It gave us real peace of mind knowing they took the responsibility seriously and that Stanley would be well cared for while we were away. Stanley is pretty easy going... until it thunders. Then he becomes very anxious. Unfortunately, there were a few storms while we were away. We left medication to help, but it takes awhile to kick in and it sometimes only takes the edge off. If you have a dog like this, you feel pretty helpless during these storms. There is no magic fix. You make them as comfortable as possible, but the only way "out" is getting through the storm. Edwin was proactive with the medication, and along with his family, helped Stanley ride out those storms as well as we could have ourselves. We’re grateful to Edwin and his family for taking such great care of Stanley and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter.”
