Our dogs had never been watched by anyone else for that long and we were worried but Steven made us feel so comfortable from the time we contacted him. Our 16 year old Chihuahua is on heart medication that needs to be given twice a day and Steven was very accommodating to our dogs’ needs. He sent plenty of pictures and updates throughout our trip and we really appreciated that. We ended up missing our return flight and Steven was very understanding and took care of our babies until we could get rebooked and fly back home the next day. With younger puppies, I can maintain any training protocols you’re working on (leash walking, potty training, chewing). For seniors, I can accommodate whatever you need from me while in my care. For all others, we have lots of options to have fun, keep them busy, or just chill out. I’m home all day so there’s plenty of time for playing, cuddles, walks and attention. Lots of toys, furniture and dog beds for your babies to play with or get comfy. I have a lot of experience with dogs that may have difficulties on walks (pulling, chasing, reactive). My apartment is on the 1st floor and the back door leads to the doggy courtyard so potty breaks don’t have to be scorching for them in these Texas summer months.

About: I have taken care of animals all my life , from the age of 4 I’ve had cats and dogs around me in and outside of the houses we have been. Currently I have 3 cats and we have had them since 2015 . I love animals and it’s a way for me to have some time off from this busy life. I’m usually free after 4 pm , I work part time and play soccer for a semi professional team . I am flexible and like to make times work for clients. I have an 8' fenced back yard, with security cameras. I enjoy being outside with your furbabies and will provide that extra level of security when they are running around in the backyard. I have hard floors for easy clean-up. I also provide extra blankets to keep your furbabies warm. I also have a separate eating area set up for your furbabies. I keep one extra crate, if needed when you bring your dog.
“We had Megan come in the morning for a walk and in the evening for a check-in. This is the fourth time we have used Megan. We have always been happy with how she handles Finley Magee. We highly recommend Megan, and we will continue to have Megan watch Finley. This was the longest we spent time away from Finley Magee. It was hard for us to leave your 4-legged baby and I know it would be hard for our pup too. Megan put us at ease with her detailed progress reports during each visit. Megan’s knowledge, flexibility, compassion, and patience is incredible. By day 3, Finley was jumping around and excited to see Megan. We are very fortunate to have Megan help us with Finely Magee!”
About: Paw-parent to the sweetest 4 year old Frenchton. As a former corporate employee in an office, I know the struggles of finding time to give dogs the attention and stimulation they deserve. I’m here to make your life a little easier and provide great care for your best friend. I’ve taken care of family pets since high school but became a first time paw-parent in 2020. My partner Johnny also helps me and he is home during the day since he works from home. I currently have lots of free time and can look over your pets almost any day of the week. Spring break is around the corner and my calendar is filling up fast. Please book soon for March dates. Furry friends will be taken out 4-5 times a day. Can accommodate to more times if needed. Pets will be kept inside the home for boarding at all times. (Potty breaks are done outside in the backyard which is fenced.) If walks are required they will only be done if the weather is safe for pets and me. My current pet Peppers will be at my home if you are boarding but in a completely different part of my home.

About: I decided to join rover because of how much I love dogs. I have a big yard and 2 dogs of my own for your baby/babies to play with! I keep my dogs mainly inside during the day with the occasional trip to the back yard. I am home all day so that allows for lots of potty breaks and playtime (weather permitting). As for updates during a booking, I strive myself of being 100% honest. I want your dog to love coming here and feel at home with me. If they happen to be uncomfortable for any reason I will let you know! Nothing is more important than the right environment for your dog(s)! I am home during the day which allows for lots of playtime and potty breaks. I work away from the house usually 3 times a week for 5-6 hours but ensure the dogs get lots of play time before and after I leave. Safety and comfort are my top priorities! “We had Steven watch our 2 senior Chihuahuas (16 and 11 years old) for a week. Our dogs had never been watched by anyone else for that long and we were worried but Steven made us feel so comfortable from the time we contacted him. Our 16 year old Chihuahua is on heart medication that needs to be given twice a day and Steven was very accommodating to our dogs’ needs. He sent plenty of pictures and updates throughout our trip and we really appreciated that. We ended up missing our return flight and Steven was very understanding and took care of our babies until we could get rebooked and fly back home the next day. We are very grateful to have found someone so kind and caring and truly believe we could not have found a better person to trust our beloved babies with. “Kim is so awesome hands down. We had an emergency so we needed last minute boarding and she was able to accommodate us - literally the next day. I called her at 10pm the night before and she picked up. One of our dog was hurt but we had travel plans the next day but Kim took just great care of him. We were be able to be at peace on our Kim bc Kim always takes such good care of them and regularly keeps us updated with their pictures and information. Moreover, she was flexible with the pick up time since we couldn’t make it as early as we wanted to. We would definitely use Kim every time we need boarding for our dogs 🏆”
