She watched our beloved kitties (2 months and 3 years old) and was beyond fantastic. We were worried as our kitties had just met and were not too familiar with each other yet but we had to go out of town suddenly and were so worried about leaving them. Enter Miki. She met with us before we left and we immediately got the best feeling from her. She is warm and right away both of our cats loved her. We called her the Cat Whisperer. She was on time for each visit and stayed the entire length during which she did not sit. Lol. She played the entire time and took the most wonderful pictures. About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for a house full of pets—including a cat, parakeets, fish, and even a couple of snapping turtles—and have loved both cats and dogs throughout my life. As an adult, I was lucky enough to spend 11 years with our beloved German Shepherd mix, Evie. We completed obedience training together, and I have plenty of hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding, routines, training reinforcement, playtime, and all the everyday care that comes with sharing your life with a dog. As Evie got older, I also gained experience caring for a senior dog through arthritis and, eventually, a period of significant illness. Her needs changed considerably during her final months, so I’m comfortable administering oral medications, keeping an eye on changes in appetite or behavior, adapting routines for an older or less-active dog, and understanding when something just doesn’t seem quite right. I’ve also cared for pets for neighbors and understand how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your pet while you’re away. Since losing Evie in 2022, we haven’t been ready to bring another pet into our family, so I’d genuinely love the opportunity to spend some time caring for yours. I’m dependable, attentive, patient, and—most importantly—I truly enjoy being around animals. I’m self-employed and set my own schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility to work pet care into my day. I’m generally available for morning visits beginning around 8:30 AM, as well as midday and afternoon care. Since then, we’ve been blessed us with a number of dogs and cats throughout the years. Some have not been healthy and needed care and some are just seniors! Each one has brought us joy. After many years as interior designer, retired to part time this past September 2024. Now, to pursue hobbies and life’s next adventure! My schedule is built on the value I can bring to folks that need pet care, just like Gary and I have needed for our pets over the years. You should be able to have the personal freedom you need and not worry about your precious fur babies. They will be secure in my care. Expect pics to put your mind at ease! First and foremost fur babies are family. Boundaries are set. If staying in our home, we have a safe quiet (pet) bedroom /play area. We can play soothing, calming, music. Toys ready to throw, pillows, snuggle blankets ready for tucking and snuggling. Hugs and kiss are free and abundant! Let the fun and love begin! They quickly let us know what’s next! Play? Walk? Snuggle? Note: sleeping with your baby is possible, can be discussed. Their safety is the consideration.

About: I have loved caring for animals since the moment my family took us to get a dog and two cats at the age of 10. I have watched animals in the neighborhood growing up and into adulthood for friends, family and Neighboor's. I have owned one dog on my own into adulthood but she is no longer with me. I love watching and meeting new animals and I’m a snuggler and attention giver! I work remotely so I can watch your kiddos at my apartment which has 3 dog parks or I can watch from the comfort of your home or walk at either space! I can go on long walks at my place, go to the dog areas at my complex or come to your home at your pets comfortable level! About: Paw-parent to the sweetest 4 year old Frenchton. As a former corporate employee in an office, I know the struggles of finding time to give dogs the attention and stimulation they deserve. I’m here to make your life a little easier and provide great care for your best friend. I’ve taken care of family pets since high school but became a first time paw-parent in 2020. My partner Johnny also helps me and he is home during the day since he works from home. I currently have lots of free time and can look over your pets almost any day of the week. Spring break is around the corner and my calendar is filling up fast. Please book soon for March dates. Furry friends will be taken out 4-5 times a day. Can accommodate to more times if needed. Pets will be kept inside the home for boarding at all times. (Potty breaks are done outside in the backyard which is fenced.) If walks are required they will only be done if the weather is safe for pets and me. My current pet Peppers will be at my home if you are boarding but in a completely different part of my home.

As for updates during a booking, I strive myself of being 100% honest. I want your dog to love coming here and feel at home with me. If they happen to be uncomfortable for any reason I will let you know! Nothing is more important than the right environment for your dog(s)! I am home during the day which allows for lots of playtime and potty breaks. I work away from the house usually 3 times a week for 5-6 hours but ensure the dogs get lots of play time before and after I leave. Safety and comfort are my top priorities! About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for a house full of pets—including a cat, parakeets, fish, and even a couple of snapping turtles—and have loved both cats and dogs throughout my life. As an adult, I was lucky enough to spend 11 years with our beloved German Shepherd mix, Evie. We completed obedience training together, and I have plenty of hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding, routines, training reinforcement, playtime, and all the everyday care that comes with sharing your life with a dog. As Evie got older, I also gained experience caring for a senior dog through arthritis and, eventually, a period of significant illness. Her needs changed considerably during her final months, so I’m comfortable administering oral medications, keeping an eye on changes in appetite or behavior, adapting routines for an older or less-active dog, and understanding when something just doesn’t seem quite right. I’ve also cared for pets for neighbors and understand how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your pet while you’re away. Since losing Evie in 2022, we haven’t been ready to bring another pet into our family, so I’d genuinely love the opportunity to spend some time caring for yours. I’m dependable, attentive, patient, and—most importantly—I truly enjoy being around animals. I’m self-employed and set my own schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility to work pet care into my day. I’m generally available for morning visits beginning around 8:30 AM, as well as midday and afternoon care.
