Every time I drop my dog off at their house she acts like it’s Disneyworld and forgets all about me because she loves spending time with Amy! About: I decided to join rover because of how much I love dogs. I have a big yard and 2 dogs of my own for your baby/babies to play with! I keep my dogs mainly inside during the day with the occasional trip to the back yard. I am home all day so that allows for lots of potty breaks and playtime (weather permitting). As a hobby, I foster puppies for a rescue so I am very patient and understanding of puppy behavior. I've been fostering since 2018 and have gained tons of knowledge on dog behaviors, training, health, etc! About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, my grandmother fostered animals in the country, so I was constantly around all kinds of pets—even pot-bellied pigs! That experience helped me become very comfortable with animals of all types and temperaments. Today, I also volunteer at a local animal shelter, where I spend time caring for animals, helping them feel safe, and giving them the attention and love they deserve. I genuinely love caring for animals and making sure they feel happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I don’t take that lightly. Pet care is a natural part of my daily life! I’m available from 8 AM to 2 PM and again from 6 PM to 9 PM each day. With my kids in school full time, I have a flexible schedule and love spending that time caring for animals and making sure they feel safe and happy. I care for pets in their own home through drop-in visits and walks, making sure they stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I’ll take care of feeding, fresh water, playtime, and any routine needs like litter boxes or potty breaks, along with giving them lots of attention and care while you’re away. At this time, I don’t offer overnight stays or boarding in my home, but I’m dependable and consistent during my scheduled visits.

About: I have had multiple types of animals all my life. I have worked in dog Boarding facilities as well as Veterinary Clinic settings. I can give oral medications. I have experience handling dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments. I live in an apartment so I take my dogs for multiple walks a day making sure they get plenty of exercise throughout the day. I don't have a yard so we go on walks often. We definitely stay active. They get plenty of pets and loves as well as playtime.

About: Our pet family started almost by accident. Dark night, middle of busy intersection, an elderly dog was trying to navigate traffic. No tags, hungry and mostly blind. My husband and I were able to get him into car. We took him home, fed the little guy, cleaned him up, named him Charlie. He changed our lives. Since then, we’ve been blessed us with a number of dogs and cats throughout the years. Some have not been healthy and needed care and some are just seniors! Each one has brought us joy. After many years as interior designer, retired to part time this past September 2024. Now, to pursue hobbies and life’s next adventure! My schedule is built on the value I can bring to folks that need pet care, just like Gary and I have needed for our pets over the years.
