About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, so I’m comfortable caring for them through every stage from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a slower, more attentive approach. I’m patient with puppy routines and understand the consistency they need, and I’m equally mindful of the extra care, gentleness, and awareness senior dogs require. At my home we spend much of our daily play time outdoors playing frisbee and swimming. I have a pool and Buster loves to swim. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child. I always had dogs growing up and they are the loves of my life. I adore cats as well. I usually cross the street when I see a dog coming and I am always prepared to pick up small dogs in case of an altercation. For pet care in my home, my yard is fenced in and perfectly safe. When I house sit for other homes, I take it very seriously to protect the owner's home and dog- keeping doors closed and locked, etc.

About: I have had cats as pets my whole life and dogs as an adult. I have been pet sitting for about 6 years to dogs from puppies to seniors. Times have ranged from weekends to a month. I started fostering kittens when covid hit. I have found joy in caring for animals with all their different personalities. I have become experienced in all things kittens : bottle feeding , tube feeding administering medicine (my neighbor will even call me to give her pets pills) flea baths ringworm baths, brushing teeth you name it . I have even had to help kittens cross the rainbow bridge. It has been bitter sweet , but the love they give is more then enough. All animals deserve the best treatment and love we can give them I have been in education for 20 years teaching art and currently an administrator for the districts Fine Arts Department. My schedule is flexible enough to be able to check on animals during the day so they are taken care of. I have found pet sitting and fostering to be very rewarding and someday would like to start my own fostering service . Foster group Tall Tail Rescue . My job is flexible enough that i can leave for lunch and take care of your pets in the middle of the day as well. I have three cats that have been around lots of dog and cat “visitors” . “Ernest was the absolute best!!! We had never used Rover before, and now, we will never go back! When we did the meet and greet with Ernest, he welcomed us into his backyard to sit and chat with him while Kato checked out the place and sniffed around. Chatting with Ernest was like talking to an old friend, he made us feel so comfortable and we left feeling so confident that Kato was going to have the best week with Ernest and his son. Ernest checked in daily and sent us pics and provided updates of how Kato was doing. He even took Kato to the vet when he got sick (was just homesick) from being away from us to make sure all was well, sending updates by the minute along with pics and letting us listen in over the phone to everything the doctor said. While all ended up being okay, Ernest was so professional and responsive in a scary situation and made us feel at ease. He took the absolute best care of Kato and our pup came home so happy. Ernest truly treated our baby like he was his own and we will for sure use Rover and Ernest again when we go out of town. 10/10 experience, could not be happier or more thankful.
