About: Hi, I’m Kelly! I developed my love for cats when I rescued my boy, Luca, while traveling in CO. He was freezing in a snowstorm and only 4.5 pounds. He had been mauled by something and had a bad infection. I found him, took him to the vet and bought everything he needed for the night. I was supposed to fly home the next day, but he was too sick to fly. So, I canceled my flight and drove him from Colorado to Texas. He has been my companion ever since and I love him dearly. Additionally, I have two other cats in my home. One is 17 and the other is 8. We believe my Luca is around 4 years old. The elderly cat has hypothyroidism and seizure disorder. I provide her medication twice a day I handle her seizures with care, patience and lots and lots of love. Whether your cat loves cuddles, prefers quiet companionship, or needs a little extra patience, I’m here to provide the kind of care that makes them feel safe and loved while you’re away. My sweet girl Kona is 13 years old is the kind of dog that needs a bit more love and patience than most, so i’m great with paying close attention to a dogs behavior and getting to know what exactly makes them tick. With Kona being a senior dog with allergies and hip problems, I understand the slower care a senior dog needs. Kobe on the other hand is a silly boy that wants belly scratches from everyone. He is 1 years old and is still an energetic puppy! When we return, that is when I start giving rubs, treats, and cuddles. (yes I allow your dogs to sleep on my bed, if you are okay with them on your furniture). About: Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile! I have cared for pets my whole life and haven’t met an animal I don’t like! Currently I am only doing drop-in care and walks. I would love to walk your dog, or check in on your pets when you are unavailable or out of town. I have extensive experience working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages. When I do drop in care I don’t just feed them and let them out, I spend the entire time playing with your dog, petting them, and giving them love and attention. I always treat your dog like my own and will send you a detailed update with pictures of your pets. I've had dogs all my life and have dealt with special needs, elderly, sick and injured dogs. I am comfortable taking care of animals with special needs, administering medications, mobility issues, etc. I also have experience with cats, bunnies, bearded dragons, small lizards, hamsters, parrots, etc. I love dogs and look forward to each pup I get to meet and play with. I don’t work outside the home so I’m lucky enough to have the availability to work with you and your schedule in order to take care of your pup in the best way possible. I will meet with you prior to when service drop-ins start and we can discuss your dog’s care routine, your expectations and hopes for care. I typically stay in the main living area, kitchen and yard unless you would like me to check the house for accidents. I’m a stay at home mom and my kids are in school so I have a ton of flexibility when it comes to caring for your pets. I’m typically available between 7am and 10pm for pet care. In my experience, pets do best when kept to their normal schedule or routine so we can meet and discuss what they like best. With drop-in care I can feed them and walk them or feed them and let them out in your yard, whatever you prefer and will make your time away easiest for them.
About: Hello! I’m a 22 year old teacher, and I adore animals! I grew up with at least 3 dogs in the house at any given time- from a small bichon to a large retriever mix. I truly care about the well being of your pets and will love them just as much as you do! I love giving walks or just dropping in to play for a little. I can also bathe, and brush their coat and teeth if requested. I can take care of cats as well- though I mainly work with dogs. Although I can’t host dogs, I’d be glad to house sit/ puppy sit for you. Summertime I’m available all day if you need me! Feel free to request at any time of the day- and I’m on it.
