About: Hi, I’m Kelly! I developed my love for cats when I rescued my boy, Luca, while traveling in CO. He was freezing in a snowstorm and only 4.5 pounds. He had been mauled by something and had a bad infection. I found him, took him to the vet and bought everything he needed for the night. I was supposed to fly home the next day, but he was too sick to fly. So, I canceled my flight and drove him from Colorado to Texas. He has been my companion ever since and I love him dearly. Additionally, I have two other cats in my home. One is 17 and the other is 8. We believe my Luca is around 4 years old. The elderly cat has hypothyroidism and seizure disorder. I provide her medication twice a day I handle her seizures with care, patience and lots and lots of love. Whether your cat loves cuddles, prefers quiet companionship, or needs a little extra patience, I’m here to provide the kind of care that makes them feel safe and loved while you’re away. When I arrive at your place, I make every effort to earn your dog's trust and make them feel more at ease. Usually your dog should already recognize me from our meet and greet. But if we have met or not, the first thing I do is take your dog on a walk, just to ensure them that I’m their care taker while you are gone, that would 100% make them comfortable with me. When we return, that is when I start giving rubs, treats, and cuddles. (yes I allow your dogs to sleep on my bed, if you are okay with them on your furniture).
