IMPORTANT INFORMATION: HOUSE SITTING: I would just like to clarify the services that I am to provide to you (according to ROVER guidelines) when I’m HOUSE SITTING. A lot of people get a bit confused regarding the actual service we are to provide because rover does not do a very good job defining each service. House sitting is essentially OVER NIGHT sitting, a sitter comes and stays over night to watch over your pup/pups/pet and leaves in the morning. I usually take an over night sitting as an 8hr shift, so if I come at 10PM, I leave at 6-7AM. Unfortunately, house sitting is not a service where the sitter stays at your home over night and comes to check on your pet several times a day, those would be “drop-in visits” and you would need to book those :). I understand it could get expensive, so In cases where the client lives really close to me, I am willing to work with you, just contact me :). I usually take care of pets the same way I do with my family dog. With kindness patience and attentiveness. Snacks as well, unless instructed other wise.

About: I’ve always had a soft spot for animals so anytime I saw one in need I would help as much as I can. My first dog was a weenie dog who I had for 5 yrs and she taught me everything I know. After a few years I got a new dog, a bulldog, during my college years and she was EVERYTHING to me. Every pet will be in good hands & well cared for like they’re my own. I’ll be available whenever you need me! I work part time between 3:30pm-8pm CST Monday-Friday. “We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Kathi and Steve! It was our first time ever leaving our Shih Tzu, Luna, with anyone, and we were so nervous. We met them a week before to see how Luna would react to them and their dogs, and she felt instantly comfortable—which made things much easier for us. While we were away, Kathi and Steve kept us updated regularly with photos and videos, and seeing how happy Luna was truly allowed us to enjoy our trip without worry. We were attending a volleyball tournament and had a long drive home, but they were so gracious about our late pickup, making us feel like it was no issue at all. When we got Luna back, she was happy and well cared for, which means the world to us. We highly recommend Kathi and Steve and will absolutely trust them with Luna again in the future!”

“She’s a GODSEND <3 •she was available last minute: family emergency came up and she took Lala Mae in like she was her own. •1:1 care: I had booked with another rover app dog sitter who cared for up to 8 dogs at a time. Estrella took care of my furbaby and gave her the attention she needed while under her care while providing a safe environment. •consistent updates: pictures galore and I loved them ALL! “I booked with Brando for Mulan our dog for 6 nights when we went on vasation in Seattle. Lorena his mom and Gerry his brother who is autistic helped take care of Mulan who seems so happy to be with them, They have a huge fenced yard where dogs can walk and ran around and be safe with no chance of getting away. Gerry loves to be with Mulan the first time he met her and Lorena updates me by sending pictures of Mulan while we're away.
